Today, I had the privilege of attending the funeral of my Aunty’s Mom, Mrs. Daughter Okorodo Ominiowouin in Ogboinbiri community, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, Bayelsa State.

Mrs. Daughter Okorodo Ominiowou was a woman of great honor, respect, and dignity, who lived a long and fulfilling life, passing away at the age of 94.

This is the second time visiting my home, first was during my WAEC examinations several years ago and I must tell you I’m loving the treat and welcoming ambiance, seeing family, friends and people I haven’t seen in many years, the hugs and smiles and handshakes.. I’m truly glad to be Home; indeed, Home isn't a place, it's a feeling.

Our Ogboin United FC players gave me chills too, winning the match 3 : 1 against Korokorosei FC.

During the night hour, we had our Numupere II King Pereama Freetown Alias Grandmaster took us traditional, while we shake our Ijaw-Made waists in honour.
