Leadership is an opportunity to make society a better place. Hence, productive service to the good people of Ughelli North Constituency II underscores Barr. Spencer Ohwofa's aspiration to serve at the 8th Assembly of the Delta State Legislature.
Ohwofa's foray into politics bears anchorage in his conviction that a better society is achievable if the right persons are elected into public office.
Without question, our human resource remains our best asset. With the right leadership, we will harness this asset by investing more in our people through targeted pro-human legislation and practical capacity development initiatives.
Committed to advancing workable solutions to the problem of poverty and unemployment among our people, Barr. Spencer Ohwofa will initiate result-based approaches to human capacity development in Ughelli North Constituency II.
His rescue agenda will invest in our women and youths through training and empowerment in agriculture, technological and vocational skills which will help position them to be competitive and economically stable and productive.
Already, through the Orogine Foundation, a flagship social intervention non-for-Profit established by the Ohwofa family to address social concerns where he currently sits as a member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary, indigent students are offered scholarships yearly across all levels of education to enable them to pursue their dreams seamlessly.
No doubt, therefore, Barr. Spencer Obokpare Ohwofa is on a mission to deliver democratic dividends through proactive legislative interventions for the advancement of the economic and social well-being of our people.
