I remember the first time I ever ran an Instagram ad like it was yesterday. I was buzzing with excitement. I had the perfect product, a sleek-looking ad design, and a strong gut feeling that this was going to be my big break. "This is it," I told myself.

I hit publish… and then spent the next few hours obsessively refreshing my dashboard.

Nothing.

“Maybe it just needs time to optimize,” I whispered, half-convincing myself.

An hour passed. Then a day. Then three. Still no sales. No clicks. No messages.

Just silence.

At first, I panicked.
“Maybe my budget is too small.”
“Maybe the algorithm is just not showing my ad to the right people.”

So I did what many frustrated entrepreneurs do:

I tweaked the ad copy. Then changed the audience. I doubled the budget hoping that more money would magically fix the problem.

And still… nothing.
