CONSISTENCY, THE KEY THAT UNLOCKS THE DOOR TO SUCCESS.
Consistency is the secret sauce that separates the people who achieve their goals from the ones who give up.
Consistency is super important when it comes to achieving goals. It's like the saying "slow and steady wins the race." If you want to reach a goal, it's not enough to just make a big effort in the beginning. You have to keep making consistent, small efforts over time.
Being consistent is like chipping away at a big rock with a hammer. Each swing of the hammer might not make a big difference on its own, but over time, the rock will get smaller and smaller until it finally crumbles. Consistency is all about that cumulative effect. You don't have to be perfect every day - just keep moving in the right direction. One small step at a time, and you'll eventually reach your goal.

Worthy of note is the fact that, most people don't actively wish for or anticipate losing their job. But it's still important to be prepared for the possibility, because it could happen at any time. You can't control the economy or your company's decisions, but you can take steps to protect yourself and make sure you're ready for whatever comes your way. Just like the old saying;

Most people who are naturally blessed and favored often view those who are less fortunate as being unserious or lazy.
These set of people may not be able to understand what it's like to live without those blessings and wealth. They may not realize how hard others are working to make ends meet or to improve their lives.
These set of people fail to understand that the others may be less fortunate for any number of reasons, including lack of opportunities, illness, not their time and so on.
It's always easy to assume that people who have less are not trying hard, but that's not always the case.
Instead of judging others as being unserious, we can try to understand what others are going through, we can find ways to support and encourage them. This is much more productive than judging them for their circumstances.
