Malaria has taken too many African lives for too long, most of them young children. But we have the tools to change this. With stronger health systems, domestic financing, and targeted investments, Africa can by 2040. Some Member States have already proven it’s possible.

At Africa CDC, I remain fully committed to working with all our partners to make a malaria-free Africa a reality. Not just for health, but for justice and our continent’s future.
