By the grace of God, the just concluded Screenwriting and Content-Creation Masterclass 5.0 was a huge success. Our lecturers indeed, poured out their heart whilst communicating this sacred yet distinct craft and ministry of gospel screenwriting and content-creation.

HE CAME OUT CRYING LIKE A BABY.😭🔥

Sometimes around last year, in the community where I live, Iledu, myself and my brethren experienced something overly wonderful that made the year stood out for us and also stirred a fire in our spirits for God.

We had finished our weekly intercessory vigil and were all out for the usual morning cry exercise - ‘Morning Cry’ is a platform of bringing and spreading the gospel across a particular neighborhood very early at dawn, ever before people get up for the day’s work; it is equally a very effective spiritual technology for soul winning.
We had divided ourselves into two groups, with each group having a minister and an interpreter. I had led my group to an area called ‘Pipeline’, and in no distant time, found a standing spot and started preaching.

Before now, I used to, and still have this principle that compels me to preach with all my heart whenever given the privilege, to even two persons or an individual, the same way I would preach to the congregation of a thousand persons, if given the platform. And so with this at the centre of my heart, we set out declaring the gospel of our Lord Jesus whilst a sister interpreted alongside. Obviously, everywhere around the environment was very dark; in fact, there was no single person in sight as it was still around past five in the morning.

Consumed with zeal, I kept on preaching with so much passion and utterance while the other brethren at the background engaged in praying in the spirit, under their breath. After the message, we started to make an altar call; don’t forget, we had no physical audience or congregation present. As we progressed in making the altar call and leading whosoever was listening from inside any of the neighboring houses to Christ, something spectacular happened. I heard someone crying like a baby from behind us. Honestly, my heart skipped in fear, initially, since everywhere was dark and we weren’t expecting any such sound from any quarters. After turning to see who or what was making this strange noise, lo and behold, we saw a full-blown adult weeping like a baby, drawing close to us and responding to the altar call. Without saying anything, because, of course, we all stood shocked and speechless, the man went on his kneels whilst crying and honestly surrendering to the Lord Jesus Christ. I had never seen such happen in that fashion before, I held hands with him and prayed alongside the other brethren, wholeheartedly for this man who’s thrown the whole heavens agog in celebration.

It was after the whole scenario that the man told us how that he had sat at a stone throw distance, listening to the preaching and that it was as though we were just speaking directly to him or maybe God had revealed everything about him to us. He went on to confess how that he was about taking a drastic decision that same day or the next (I really can’t remember); a decision that would have led him to both physical and eternal damnation if he had gone ahead with. We were grateful to God for that divine intervention and the grace given us to have responded to the Holy Spirit and visited that area at that very time.
Now, fast track to the last time I saw this brother, it was under an euphoria of so much joy as he was already an active church worker in a church I was invited to late last year.

Dearly beloved, I do not know that little conscious effort you’ve been making as regards sharing the goodnews of Christ to those around your circle of influence, social media space, business working environment or area of ministry, and that is looking as though your efforts are futile; trust me, that’s a great lie from the pit of hell. Permit me to put it to you that those conscious, subconscious and even unconscious efforts of yours in telling people about Jesus, are never a waste of time! Like Prophet Samuel before Israel, if you believe, God will ensure that none of your words fall to the ground. John the Baptist was a man proclaiming the gospel even in the WILDERNESS, yet men trooped from the city to come hear him out and get them baptized. Even in the wilderness, God is ready to amplify your voice in the spirit realm, yours is to continue. Keep speaking the truth he’s placed in your mouth. Keep telling people in your space about Jesus. Keep updating your social media statuses with the gospel of Christ.

Please permit me to also stress that you don’t need to lobby around seeking for platforms to minister the gospel. In fact, scripture tells us that THE HARVEST IS ALREADY RIPE; it is the laborers who are few.
In this season, God is raising apostles in the market place, on the streets, upon the mountains of influence, everywhere and anywhere possible. There’s no pulpit on your street! Start from your Jerusalem! Find a place as led by the spirit and start pointing people to Jesus through the vision that God has committed into your hands. Like in the case of Jonah and the people of Nineveh, someone is out there who needs to hear the gospel from YOUR OWN MOUTH so as not to end up in lake of fire; will you shut your mouth?

Go for this gospel!
Give to this gospel!
Groan for this gospel!
Tell somebody about Jesus, today and always! -Daniel 12:3.
