The Job Role requires that the Growth Associate will
•Grow sales in existing customer channels.

•Develop and add new customer channels.
Reduce customer turnover.

•Increase customer retention and loyalty.

•Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

•Grow existing accounts.

•Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed regarding the progress of the sales team.

•Identify and develop new business opportunities.

•Document the sales process and close them successfully.

•Ensures that all business development activities are being followed and executed within a timely manner.

•Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process.

•Create proposals and presentation materials.

•Manage customer relationships.

Key Role Requirements:
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales with verifiable footprints

•Strong Business Acumen

•Ability to work in a structured startup

Someone sent me a message requesting professional advice on a new job.

She currently earns 550K but needs a better job with a higher pay.

The new offer she got is to pay her same amount though with better allowances

Her current job does not pay her any allowances save her monthly salary

But here lies the issue

The new job comes with the same salary, commission, more exposure but with X3 of the work she does currently and probation of 3 months

She wants to know of she should accept the offer.

I gave the best counsel. So I want to share it here so if anyone is in such situation, you can draw some insight.

Let me itemize the points for clarity purpose.

1. Get in touch with employees of the new company and ask the work ethics there. You may just be shocked on your findings.

2. What happens if you don't meet up with expectations after 3 months of probation? The industry you find yourself may be critical. It may be one that hires and fires recklessly

3. Compare and contrast the work load in your current workplace and what the next employer is asking you to do. No job is worth your mental health.

4. If your current job is giving you sleepless night, it is time to seek new opportunities that comes with peace of mind.
