I was privileged again today to host our esteemed senior citizens and elders at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna. Today’s strategic engagement builds on our inaugural meeting where we resolved to collaborate on policy, security, development and other pertinent matters concerning Kaduna State.

I seized the opportunity to share information on our administration's journey so far; activities, challenges and future plans. I also gave insights into our current and emerging challenges of insecurity and the urgent need for senior citizens and elders to intervene to nip potential crisis or conflicts in the bud. The senior citizens and elders gave assurances that they would immediately engage citizens in their communities to ensure that peace and stability are sustained in our dear state.
