Honourable Lekki congratulate Awwal Tukur, Amos Edger as New Adamawa Secretary to the State Government and chief of staff Governor Hous.

The honourable member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo has congratulated Hon. Awwal Tukur, and Dr. Amos Edger as SSG, and Chief of staff to the Governor respectively.

Hon. Lekki through his press office congratulated the new appointees, stating that the appointment is merited coming at the right time when the state need a qualified steering hand to drive and foster the effort of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri toward fulfilling his campaign promises to the Good of people of Adamawa State, He added by wishing them well throughout the period of office.

Earlier today, the honourable member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo was at the Duragi hotels event center, under the distinguish Chairmanship of the chief of staff to the Governor of Adamawa State Rt. Hon. Ahmadu umaru Fintiri for a retreat with a tag "Awareness on operation deliver your Unit" for all conversant and agent with polling unit in Karewa ward of Yola North LGA of Adamawa.

Honourable Lekki recieved burned Kuwait oil marketers

Recall back, the executive Governor of Adamawa State Rt. Honourable Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri had supported the burned Kuwait oil marketers of the horse round about Jimeta Yola with 10 million naira through the honourable member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo.

In the earlier hours of today, the Lawmaker received a delegation from the marketers on a thank you and appreciation visit for such gesture Rendered to them at a time of need, seeking Hon. Lekki to extend their much gratitude to the executive Governor of Adamawa State for sympathizing with time at a moment of their lost.

Speaking, the secretary of the Daban Aure who led the delegation described the visit as one whom they find so necessary to pay in order to extend their joyfulness to the Fresh Air Governor for sympathizing with them, appreciating Governor Fintiri for keeping to his words and promises, he's truly a leader he added'. May God Almighty continue to lead and show way for you as we're truly behind you Godwilling, he further lamented.

In his response, Honourable Lekki assured to reach to Governor Fintiri and extend their appreciation and Goodwill and pray to God Almighty to avert further occurrences of such.

Hon. Lekki honored invitation at saint Monica Cathedral, Splash cash to cultural dancers

Celebrating the auspicious occasion of Christmas, the honourable member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo was at the St. Monica Lutheran church of Christ No. 1 Nasarawo to celebrate with the Christian community on the festive.

Hon. Lekki, in his speech appreciated the organizers of the event for bringing such an idea to host such colorful moment for both religion to come across and share words of God and the teachings of the two holy books.

The Lawmaker who cautioned both religion to shun any act that will bring disunity amongst the faith, instead speak and preach the words of God that will brings us as entity and one family irrespective of whatever religion one practices.

The event witnessed colorful showcases of cultural display and dances of Chamba, Kilba among others, with a splash of cash and other gifts from dignitaries.

HON. LEKKI MEET VARIOUS CHRISTIAN REPRESENTATIVES

Earlier today, the honourable member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo was at the St. Monica Lutheran church of Christ Nasarawo ahead of the 25th December festive season.

The Lawmaker meet with various representatives of the Christian church the Youth wing, the women wing among others as he dolls out Christmas package to ease the preparation.

In his remark, Hon. Lekki said "I'm not here for campaign as time for campaign will come and I will return for that, but today I'm here to rejoice with you on the occasion and birth of Jesus Christ admonishing you all to pray for our dear Yola North, Adamawa State and the nation at large he added''.

In his separate remark of Goodwill and appreciation on behalf of the all the Christian community, the CAN Chairman Yola North Reverend Babangada thanked the honourable member for not forgetting with the Christian faith for once since his assumption to office as member representing Yola North Constituency at the state assembly, also Urged the Lawmaker to never relent in his effort for bringing the Christian followers closer to him.

Earlier today, the Honourable Member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo alongside the executive chairman Yola North LGA Alhaji Nasiru Hammajoda consoles with a Constituent over the lost a son Mohammad Mujahid, same vein was at the Galbose Clinic of Jimeta Yola to extend greetings to the councilor representing Doubeli ward at the Yola North legislative council for a surgery he undergone.

The Honourable speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas who was represented by the deputy speaker of the house Rt. Hon pwakaino Mackondo, the Honourable Member Yola North Constituency Hon. Hamidu Lekki who doubles as the chairman standing committee on Health joined part to celebrate the 2022 Pharmaceutical society of Nigeria in their week.

Part of the week, is a round the clock event and sensitization on the dangers and harmful of misusing drugs, among destruction of counterfeit and expired drugs which held live destroying worth more than a hundred plus million naira.

Others at the occasion include the commissioner of police Adamawa State Command, the state commander of the National Drugs law and enforcement agency, representative of the NAFDAC, commissioner of Health and that of the environment represented, the pharmaceutical society of Nigeria among others.

In his remark, the Lawmaker described such act as timely considering the era of politicking ahead of the 2023 general election if such items were not destroyed it will definitely be consumed back to the society and it consumption will be deadly and treat to everyone, however Hon. Lekki revealed their readiness as Lawmaker in state to make a backing law to guide thier activities in the discharge of their duties, he revealed.

Honourable Lekki meet women wing of the Christian association of Nigeria, Yola North Chapter

Ahead of the women wing (WOWICAN) convention 2022, the Christian association of Nigeria, women wing host the Honourable Member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo which is slated for 4th November 2022.

The Lawmaker who was briefed by the committee secretary Dcn. David Daworgra, alongside the chairperson, planning committee Apostle Titilayo Adewumi on the upcoming event targeting 3,000 women across Yola North LGA to partake in the convention.

Speaking, the chairperson, planning committee Apostle Adewumi reveals that Honourable Lekki had truly been a son a friend to the Christian community who had always been there for them in the recent times, describing him as a friendly representative who has no segregation for the two beliefs considering the faith he's coming from but he still stands for the dou without discrimination.

You sent to the state Assembly to represent you in the last three (3) years political dispensation from 2019 was able to realized these with your prayers, guidance, and kind mentorship.

Few among this achievements of Hon. Hamidu Lekki , member representing Yola North constituency of Adamawa State.

- Scholarship to youths within jimeta metropolitan area to ease their education at various levels, not less than 150 targeted so far.

- Sponsored and support the Bill for law to established adamawa state health insurance scheme law NO.7 of 2011. which make it mandatory for every unemployed person under the age of 20, pregnant woman, the indigent, the physical challenge and those above 65 years to enjoy free health care service! The bill so far is now a law in the state cos it has been assented by the Executive Governor.

- Hon Lekki rehabilitate boreholes and other water facilities located at Bali street of nassarawo Ward, Next Kurmi ward of Alkalawa Ward, Yelwa Primary school having a new water facility, Nasarawo Gindin kuka Among other places for easy access to portable water for drinking and other domestics purposes! Not forgetting construction of a borehole located at limawa Ward.

- Hon Lekki build and furnished a security office post of chusal vigilante group located at down luggere of luggere Ward.

- He also facilitated the electrical wiring of 599 KVA transformer in rumde Ward for stable electricity.

- Hon. Lekki Partnered with the save one million lives initiatives to build a clinic at jambutu Ward, Luggere respectively.

- He empowered youths with sewing machines, keke napep, cash and even sienna to his party and religious bodies cross religious line both CAN and Muslim council respectively.

-He however lobbied and secured appointment for Constituents at various level of Government, at both the federal and state governments respectively targeting nothing less than 90 indigenes of Yola North.

- He also Sponsored a bill for a law to differentiate boundaries between yola north and Yola South local government area of the state

- The Lawmaker' also in his own initiative grand free grant of cash to various littles food vendors such as the Tea n bread sellers, the little mama food by the road side across the 11 wards of Yola North LGA with 50k, 30k 20k and 10k to ease and boost thier businesses.

CHAIRMAN HEALTH COMMITTEE 7TH ASSEMBLY, HEALTH KEY PLAYERS, OTHERS MEET

Earlier today, the chairman standing committee on Health and human services of the Adamawa State House of Assembly and the Member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo, was at the Adamawa State primary health care Agency complex attending to a crucial stakeholders meeting within the health like sector in Adamawa State.

Various stakeholders who meet at the Agency's board room include the Executive Secretary of the Agency Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir the Honourable commissioner Ministry of Health Adamawa State, Honourable commissioner Ministry of Local Government Adamawa State Hon. Ibrahim Mijinyawa 21 LG's council chairman, among others held present.

Fruitful deliberation were had with contributions from all quarter on how to make the agency and the health sector in Adamawa State a realized one as one of the mandate of the led Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.

The Lawmaker who in his remark appreciated the effort of the executive Governor of Adamawa State Rt. Hon Fintiri for granting approval to inject new workers to meet the challenges and shortage of manpower in the health sector in the state, the chairman standing committee on Health further assured a transparent recruitment excercise which is set to kickstart very soon when necessary arrangements are made giving all quotas to the various local government to apply.

Yayaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa were at the lalewal motel event hall to attend the graduation of 23 qur'anic memorizers comprising both the two genders.

The UMMUL QURA LI - TAHFIZILQUR'AN WATA'AIIMHI which host many Governmental functionaries the representative of the executive Governor of Adamawa Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, represented by the Adviser to the Governor Ustaz Ali Mamman, the speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas represented by Hon. Shu'aibu Babas member representing Fufore Constituency, other traditional rulers within and outside Adamawa State among many other stakeholders were hosted at the event.

HON. LEKKI CONDOLE IMMEDIATE FAMILY, THE BWATIYE COMMUNITY OVER DEMISE OF CHIEF TIMAWUS MATHIAS

The Honourable Member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State Hon. Hamidu Lekki Sajo had described the death of late Chief Timawus Mathias who passed away earlier today after a protracted illness as an unfortunate one not just to his immediate family, neither the Bwatiye community but Adamawa at a whole.

Hon. Lekki further revealed that the lost is irreplaceable one considering the role played by the late broadcaster toward shaping great minds as a media manager, a father an a role model to many.

Honourable Hamidu Lekki Sajo, member representing Yola North Constituency of Adamawa State, alongside other governmental functionaries Alhaji Nasiru Hammajoda Executive chairman Yola North LGA, Honourable Commissioner Local Government Affairs Hon. Ibrahim Mijinyawa Yayaji, Hon. Ibrahim Bappa immediate past executive chairman Yola North were at the family house of Honourable Hassan Turaki Former Lawmaker representing Yola North Constituency over the demised of his brother Alhaji Abubakar.

Hon. Lekki who joined family of the deceased to pray to God Almighty to grant late Abubakar God infinite Mercy upon his soul and Jannatu Fiddausi be his final abode (Ameen).
