Can I set something right here... Maybe reset it to a little bit of normalcy.

You see, we live in a time where and when everyone looks like they are juicing .... Especially online- A little squeeze from the social media pressure and GUSH!!! we let out some precious juices.

The worst is the illusion of those tiny RED icons pulling us with the wicked hooks to just take a look on who LIKED or REACTED on our posts, pictures or comments.

The plaudits you get .... For seemingly inconsequential thoughts and acts. ...

The truth is that you don't need the hoax and distorted sense of reality the digital space creates.
The idea that people like you because they liked your post.
The pressure to juice and spill your content even when they are not ripe yet.

The madness of setting yourself up to compete with people who in reality are no match for you....

It is a worrisome trend that you should not entangle yourself with...

Statistics has shown that social media is one of the key causes of mental health challenges like depression and anxiety.

FACE OF THE DEEP................................
Genesis 1:2

There are dimensions to life, there are layers to living, being and existing.

In the scripture, we can clearly See three dimensions of life.
The DARKNESS, which happened first,
The second is the FACE and the third is the DEEP.

Friend sometimes the first thing that appears in your life may be your darkness, your doubts, fears and mistakes.
Sometimes it can even cover your FACE, and hide your DEEP.

But remember, it does not negate the truth that you have a FACE and a DEEP.
People may not see them now, because of the darkness,

The European Union has fined Google $ 5 billion over what was perceived as unethical business strategy and model.

The fine is linked with Google's dominance and near monopoly of the Android operating system that comes with pre-installed apps which over two third of the E. U population use.

Although google has said that it would appeal, the aftermath of this tech war can change the way you use your mobile devices.

Let's look at some things that can change.

1) the removal of pre-installed apps that come with your phone. I. E, absence of gmail, Google Maps, YouTube, play store and many others.

2) most of Google's products are free, if there is a change, it is likely that google will start running a subscription based model like Microsoft; where you pay for the apps you use.

THE FIVE LOVE💘 LANGUAGES : AND HOW TO SPEAK YOURS....

Recently I have taken an unusual interest in relationships and what makes them work.

You see, we are the sum of our relationships, that is a more refined way of saying that our lives now is as a result of the people we had one kind of relationship with at a point in our lives.

Another glaring truth is that we are all created to be unique and in that essence we have different ways we relate to people or how we interpret their relationship with us.

As unique as we are, every human on earth falls under THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES. This classification Was done by Dr Gary Chapman, an authority in human relationships, with over forty years experience in marriage counseling.
In his book, Dr Chapman exposed that each person has a particular love language that appeals to him/her.

He further highlighted the truth that understanding our love language and that of people around us will help our relationships run smoothly to an extent.

Well, my dear, let me drive straight into these Love Languages. I have found mine and I hope you would find yours too.

1) WORDS OF AFFECTION:
Some people gravitate towards words they hear. These type loves compliments, praise and encouragements. They desire that what you feel for them be vocally expressed.

2) ACTS OF SERVICE:
these individuals prefer people in their lives to do things for them. They want you to help them wash plates, cook, clean the house, or anything that would be seen as a service. They feel more love and accepted when you do things with and for them.

3)RECEIVING GIFTS:
this is a very subtle one because we are all meant to be givers in our relationships. However, this set of people long for your presents. No matter how small they are, what really matters is that you gave them something from your heart. Their interpretation of love is attached to what you gift them.

4) QUALITY TIME:
nothing can substitute the value this set places on TIME you spend with them. They love to share your moments with them, and that is LOVE for them.

5) PHYSICAL TOUCH:
hmmmm... This sounds..... Well forget what it sounds like. The people here love hugs, holding hands, cuddling, smooching, kisses etc.... To them that is LOVE.

Dr Chapman also discovered that what we normally do for people when we want to express our love for them, is most times our PRIMARY LOVE LANGUAGE.
