An Ode to my Mum: A Proof that Jesus Christ loves Me.

Jesus Christ loves me,

The depth of it I don't understand,

The reality I believe

When I saw the mother he gave me.

She is The Complete Woman,

Virtuous, loving, diligent,

Not slothful in business;

A purpose driven woman,

That's why she is The King's Child.

In Quietness and Confidence,

You will walk with God,

Hear his voice, and be led by Him,

As you Rescue Them From The Fire.

Help my mum on life's path,

To be in Oneness and Sameness,

With a heart of Holiness with the Holy Spirit,

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen (Hebrews 11:1)

What is the exact definition of faith? Is it just a word that seems to come to our minds w***y nilly. Here is an illustration:

' Tunde, with your GPA, the professor said you can't graduate this year'
' Femi, I have faith I will'

The word 'Faith' is not like any other word in the English dictionary that we use; it is a process where you action the manifestations of your expectations. Faith cannot manifest when you keep your expectations in a draft folder.

For so long, T**i had always desired to get a very beautiful diamond necklace from her uncle. She went ahead to compose a very heart warming message as a show of appreciation to him for sending her a diamond necklace which hadn't reached her hands and as she was about to hit send, a thought came to her mind that her uncle will just read the message and laugh and she thought within herself that she has faith her uncle will get her the necklace and when he does she would hit send.

Years later, there was no necklace and she became sad and disappointed.

" if the trial of your faith is to break you, then having faith would have been a meaningless venture but because it's purpose is to mould and build you up, you have to stay in faith ".
