RE: Mowe, Ibafo & Arepo Traders Associations Cries Out, Calls for an End to Unlawful Extortion & Hardship by Bisoye Oloruntuyi of Ibramot Ventures in the Locality
Dear Governor Dapo Abiodun CON,
We are writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost urgency regarding the unlawful actions of an individual named Oloruntuyi Bisoye. It has come to our attention that Mrs. Bisoye has been engaging in a series of alarming and illegal activities within Mowe/Ibafo local community, specifically targeting shop owners and causing significant distress and financial harm.
Mrs. Bisoye has claimed to have paid over 3 million to the local government, purportedly as a task force fee for shop owners in the locality. However, her demands for exorbitant fees have been met with absolute resistance by the affected shop owners. In response to this denial, Mrs. Bisoye has embarked on a spree of locking shops, disrupting businesses, and causing undue hardship to hardworking individuals who are vital contributors to the local economy.
The actions of Mrs. Bisoye are not only unjust but also pose a serious threat to the livelihoods of the affected shop owners and the overall stability of the local business community. It is imperative that immediate action be taken to address this situation and prevent further harm.
We urge His Excellency, Omooba Dapo Abiodun, as the highest authority in the state, to intervene and ensure that Mrs Bisoye’s unlawful behavior is swiftly brought to an end. The affected shop owners deserve protection from such predatory actions, and it is crucial that justice is served in this matter.
We also call the attention of the SSG to the Governor,HC Local Government & Chieftaincy and the Local Government Service Commission Chairman to take decisive steps to investigate and address this issue, holding Mrs Bisoye accountable for her actions and providing support to the impacted individuals. The well-being of the local community depends on your swift and resolute action in this regard.
We stand ready to provide any necessary assistance or information to aid in resolving this pressing issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we eagerly await your prompt action in addressing the unlawful behavior of Oloruntuyi Bisoye.
