Development of Rivers states Water front communities would help the state grow . Eko Atlantic City in Lagos is built on 25km2. With 30km2 Rivers state could build a new city that could boost the states IGR.
Some Administrative blocks and Offices can be relocated to the new waterfront city to hasten it's development. His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara should have budget for water front development and city creation as top priority.
As a state surrounded with lush green islands, we are missing out on untapped revenue streams.
Employment opportunities from construction, security and transportation in a new city, would pull a lot families out of poverty.
In conclusion Rivers state needs a functional WATER FRONT DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.

I still believe my Governor H.E Sir Siminalayi Fubara would not accept this agreement. An Izon man is fearless and would bow to nobody. Your Excellency we are Izon we are not cowards. The resolution is one sided, accepting the terms would mean, prioritizing the interest of one man over the interest of the Rivers people.

TOURISM OUR NEW OIL.

Bali with land mass of 5780km2 Generates $3.2b in tourism revenue.

Rwanda generates $400m in revenue from Tourism annualy.

Meanwhile, Rivers state with a land mass of 10,000km2 generates less than $1m in tourism revenue.

Your Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara , Rivers state with its ocean front ,vast islands and rich culture, could generate upto $1bn in Revenue.

Andoni, opobo, okrika, bonny and other Riverine communities have untapped potential.

We need to open up our economy to potential investors and develop key tourist attractions.

Your Excellency , we believe appointments shouldn't be for loyalist alone, but to capable technocats who understand the job and how to get it done.
From 2016 till date, 75% of political appointees in Rivers state Have performed below average.
The tourism sector in Rivers state is dead, commerce is doing very poor as multinational corporations are leaving our dear beloved state and security is also below expectation.

The law states that candidates voted for on a particular parties platform , should vacate their seats when they defect .

Rivers state needs development and not monthly deliberation on how to share the states allocation. You would forever remain in the heart of Rivers people if you take charge and resist the plan of wikes loyalist.

On what grounds was the governor impeached? Abuse of office or financial mis appropriation? The house needs to provide evidence.

- Sim fubaras loyalist should file a case in court challenging the results that produced martins chike Amaewhule as member representing obi akpor constituency

- The state Governor should set up a panel investigating the sacked chief justice on grounds of abuse of office or financial misappropriation.

In 2013, the house of assembly tried to remove the speaker of the house of assembly. Because he objected to the impeachment proceedings against Rotimi amaechi. Fast-forward to today same thing has happened. Rivers state should never encourage Godfatherism. No man apart from the governor should be allowed to control the affairs of the state.
The governor has been quiet for peace to rain, but at this point. Sim fubara has not been able to function in full capacity as governor.
Wike should learn from Tinubu , give the governor a template , but allow him to function.

SECURITY
Sim understands security and wants to ensure Rivers people are safe. The goal is to recruit over 100,000 youths as security operatives, then train and Equip them with Hi-tech gadgets.

NEW CITIES
WE all agree that new cities are key to a States development.Porthacourt shouldn't be the only commercial hub bubbling with activities. For a state to grow, it needs more cities, to make it attractive enough for investors to invest in. SIM FUBARA Wants to develop 10 water front cities, 3commercial cities and 2 industrial hubs.

TRANSPORT
For any state to attain megacity status, it needs an ultra modern Transport system. Sim Fubara wants to introduce bullet trains with state of the art Railway stations.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
Cleaner Rivers means a healthy Rivers people, but this can only be achieved if we have an innovative way to collect waste.Sim Fubara Wants to develop an on demand waste carting system. Each town with its own waste collection points and carts, Each local government will have atleast 400 carts on demand.

ELECTRICITY
Every home and business needs electricity for day to day activities and operations. To provide steady electricity, Sim Fubara wants to develop Rural and urban power plants. Which means a city like porthacourt would have it's own power plant.Towns at the outskirt would also have their own mini generation plant. This power plants would rely on solar farms.

EMPLOYMENT
The 5sectors above would create over 900,000 jobs and 1000 businesses. The state security apparatus alone would recruit over 100,000 operatives.

AGRICULTURE/EDUCATION/ HEALTH CARE
H.E Nyesom wike has blue prints for these sectors which Sim would continue to work on. There are also so many ongoing projects the next administration would need to complete under agriculture, education and health care.

You can't take away Sim Fubara's Brilliance.
Sim has ideas that would transform Rivers, I have seen his manifesto, and I have heard him speak. A civil servant that has gone through the different cadre in civil service to attain his current position as permanent secretary, has certainly done well for himself.
The media war on Sim Fubara by the opposition , might be gaining grounds. But we would stop at nothing, until we prove his innocence.

As at 2021, Rivers state IGR was N123bn, Sim Fubara wants to transform the economy through these sectors.The goal is to triple the States IGR in the next 4years, through tourism, agriculture,. Electricity, transportation , waste management and infrastructure. Financial experts are forecasting a 300 percent increase in the states IGR by the end of 2027.
Waste management is expected to generate over N60bn annually , while Infrastructure, transportation, electricity, tourism and agriculture are expected to generate more.

Why is the opposition after Sir Siminalayi Fubara

In 2018 during election campaign period Roderick Dagogo-Abere former Rivers state accountant general was also declared wanted by Efcc for withdrawing N117bn, but the court awarded N600m payment in favour of Frederick. Now during another election season, sim Fubara a former director of finance has been declared wanted too.
This is a clear case of witch-hunting government officials and Efcc should not allow itself to be used as a tool by the opposition. It should rather act as an independent agency that it was created for.
Sim was declared wanted weeks after he became PDP guber candidate. While he was director, they kept mute. News of our guber candidate Sim being declared wanted travelled faster than news of him as the guber candidate. Many didn't know he was a candidate until blogs and news platforms put his image online.
After the oppositions plans to smear his image online was successfully executed, they kept mute.
The opposition has seen, the future of the elections already and they know Siminalayi Fubara would come out victorious.

Here's why Efcc can't Investigate Sim Fubara

In 2007 a judgement was giving by a federal high court, in favour of RVSG. In a case with Suit No. FHC/PH/CS/78/2007 between Attorney general of the state Vs Efcc
The Court states that EFCC has no constitutional right to investigate , coerce, question any official of Rivers state government regarding finances of the state. That only the Rivers state House of assembly can look into the financial Records of the State government and investigate any official regarding financial misappropriation.
The court therefore restrains the Efcc from arresting, investigating, prosecuting and inviting any River's state government official concerning state finances.
Sir Siminalayi Fubara being a Rivers state government official , can not be investigated or invited for questioning concerning Rivers state finances, because there's an existing court order restraining EFCC from looking into states finances.
For people saying he should go and clear himself, can you all see that sim can't go in for questioning because of the existing court order. If sim goes in for questioning , he would be making a mockery of the courts judgment. so please let's be mindful of our comments.
