New year is not just a flipping of a calendar page , your superstitious cross over Razzmatazz or who smiles at u first the following morning.
It’s about regeneration,attitudinal change and faith in the destiny changing God .
Do away with those filthy garments and clean the pot before pouring the new wine.
“And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. For the old skins would burst from the pressure, spilling the wine and ruining the skins. New wine is stored in new wineskins so that both are preserved.” (Matthew 9:17 NLT)
Hence your new year can begin now ,u actually don’t need the 12 midnight razzmatazz to start a new life .
The spirit of God is willing to start a new year and new life for u right away,
Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. (Ephesians 4:23 NLT)
Seek Gods divine intervention to do way with those little foxes that spoils the vine,the little sin that easily weighs u down .
Pray to God in sincerity to overcome stubborn addictions that would never allow you sour high and maximize your potential
The trouble is with me, for I am all too human, a slave to sin. I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. But if I know that what I am doing is wrong, this shows that I agree that the law is good (Romans 7:14 - 7:16 NLT)
Finally keep your mind renewed through the word of God and live a positive life.
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. (Romans 12:2 NLT)
