"I was abandoned by my mother at the age of seven months (7months) with my father and stepmother. My stepmother was mean. I endured all manner of maltreatments she meted at me. Sometimes I went hungry for days.

She would so starve me that I would be seeing d€ath. On one occasion, I was very hungry that I had to eat our dog’s leftovers food. Our neighbor’s son caught me eating the dog’s leftover food (eba and egusi) and he told his mother who later that evening invited me to her house and asked me if what her son said was true.

I was so terrified that I begged her not to tell my step mother, because she will k!ll me if she knew that I ate the dog’s leftover instead of throwing it away. The woman wept and promised to give me food everyday without my stepmother’s knowledge, a promise she kept till we left the compound.

As if starving me was not enough punishment, my Stepmother fl0gged me mercilessly until I would faint at times. She would also apply pepper in my va**na, eyes, armpit and neck, tie me up and abandon me in one of the toilets for days without food.

Despite all these experiences, I was very bright academically and was loved and favored by God and people.

I knew that the only way to escape was to achieve educational success, so I never joked with schooling. So you see, I have every right to be hateful, bitter, jealous, arrogant, sad, negative and toxic but I chose not to."

You began to smile and quickly run to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to write.

"I have the best mum in the world, I love my mum".

Now your dad had gone out with just N250 in his pocket with no fuel in his car. Because of you, he uses public transport that day to work. He gives your mum N250 to enable her handle any emergency while he is away.

At work, he worked overtime. After closing late, everyone keeps saying "daddy is never always around except mum".

Your good dad will never allow you to see how much he suffers for the family because he is a MAN.

Always try to appreciate your dad your husband and brothers. It's not easy at all.

The only way a girl can know that a guy is stingy is if she expects money from him or has asked him for money. And the only reason why she would ask him for money is if she is broke. So, whenever any girl calls you stingy, she is actually saying she is broke. You are not the problem. She is the problem. She is not in your economic class. JUST IN: EFCC to Arraign Cubana Chief Priest Tomorrow for Abuse of Naira

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed a three-count charge against popular Instagram celebrity, Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, for allegedly spraying and tampering with the naira at a social event contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.

Cubana Chief Priest will be arraigned on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos.

This is coming days after controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, was sentenced to a six months imprisonment for Naira abuse.

Channels Television says it obtained a copy of the charge which was filed on April 4th by EFFC’s prosecutor Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN) alongside seven other lawyers representing the chairman of the Commission.

In Count 1, it was alleged, “that you, Okechukwu Pascal on 13th Feb. 2024, at Eko Hotel, within the jurisdiction of the court, while dancing during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same for two hours, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007”

In count 2, it was alleged, “that you Okechukwu Pascal sometime in 2020, in Lagos during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same for two hours, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007.

In Count 3, it was alleged, “that you Okechukwu Pascal sometime in January 2024, in Lagos during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying same and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act 2007”.
