..thus far has the Lord helped us (1 Samuel 7:12)

With grateful hearts, we stand in awe of God's faithfulness as we celebrate 13 glorious years of Koinonia. It is with profound reverence that we acknowledge the presence of Jesus among us, working wonders, and the continual outpouring of the Holy Spirit, gracing us with His divine presence.

For 13 years, God's favour has been our constant companion, His mercy our sustaining force. In this journey, we have witnessed His promises unfold, His Word manifesting powerfully through the teachings imparted by our esteemed Father and mentor, Apostle Joshua Selman.

As we reflect on the profound impact Koinonia has had on the body of Christ, individuals, communities, and nations; the countless miracles, signs, wonders, transformations, salvations, healings, and testimonies that have marked our path, we are reminded of the immeasurable goodness of God over us as a global family. With each passing year, His faithfulness only deepens our reverence and gratitude.

Thank you, Jesus, for 13 years of unyielding faithfulness to Koinonia and its global family. You are the cornerstone of this house, our ever guiding light, and our unwavering strength. We celebrate with joy and thanksgiving a journey marked by intimacy, purposeful partnership, and enriching fellowship with God.

Truly, He has been our Ebenezer, our rock of help, and for this, we exclaim, HALLELUJAH! Happy 13th Anniversary, Koinonia Global!

I saw this picture and the first prayer that dropped in my mind was,

Oh Lord, give us men that can carry the vision with us!

See the young man on the right hand of Apostle Joshua Selman.

As you can see, it was the days of humble beginnings, but this man tarried with him till greatness manifested.

See him in slide B still standing beside him.

I'm almost in tears because such men are really hard to find.

In our generation today, everyone wants to associate with you only when you've become relevant and popular.

But the real people are those who cheered us when we were nothing.

The Council of the Godhead loosed me from the quivers in eternity. I breathed my first in time on this date in the neighbourhood of five decades ago. My parents, both of the Igala extraction in Nigeria, stirred by the counsel of the Godhead, named me Arome which neatly translates to ‘The Rewarder’.

By grace and mercy, the Lord became my lot early in life. I have journeyed through life under the sun on the rails of His will. I have stumbled on the heels of my humanity severally but the excellency of His faithfulness has not faltered in coming through for me —no, not once!

As I draw more breath, His everlasting arms bear me —from my home to the ends of the earth. My apostleship makes sense of it all. I lift up my eyes to the Highest alone; I lift up my hands to the Possessor of heaven and earth alone. He has taught me to love Him by feeding His sheep. I do not take this privilege lightly.

I engage the binoculars in my spirit, the journey ahead is full of phenomenal and highly profitable opportunities for the gospel of the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ— from Africa to the nations spread on other continents of the world! More souls for Jesus and more ground for the kingdom.

There is ample resistance of the most wicked sort. But the Lord builds His church in spite of the gates of hell. So I do one thing every morning I wake up, thank the Lord for everything because like He said to our patriarch, Abraham,

“I am your SHIELD, your very great REWARD.” (Genesis 15:1)

The Lord is indeed my rewarder and reward.

I am grateful for yet another brand new year in His service!

We spread out under the morning sun like petals, basking as we marinate in the mix of grace & mercy.

The Omoge's frame lovingly rests on mine, like the blue sky does on the sprawling hill behind us.

Her smile brightens with the same intensity of the light that blinded Saul on his way to Damascus --easily outshining the sun.

Our hearts are merry. The Lord is good. We are privileged to serve at His pleasure!

There is nothing that is strong enough to bring a man down other than pride. God resist the proud, so if God resist the proud that signifies their failure already.

You should never get to a point where you think or believe that God cannot do anything without you, because it is a privilege beyond imagination to be among God's program, it is a privilege to help build and and bless people, it is a privilege to be granted the gift of of influence and access.

More than the spiritual activities we are doing, it is at the mercy of God that we are still making it in life. I know people who have studied more books about church growth than me, I know people who have gone to different theological seminary than me, so it is at the mercy of God that we are what we are today, so the little God does through our lives, we still have to be humble, inorder to get access to the mercy of God, we have to be humble.

Men can clap for you and it is important but you must get to a point where you need to say " this is enough", my life is to see Jesus glorified" because there is something anointing and glory does in the life of a man, it makes you look like you are not a human again and when people stands in awe of that glory, many times they will look for sincere ways of expressing honour and appreciation so you are the one that needs to be wise enough to know when it has gone beyond honour into something else and put an end to it.

May we obtain grace from God to be humble, we need to have mercy otherwise we will keep falling like rain one by one at the instance of pride .

Let every lifting God brings to your life be followed by humility, and never think of taking God's glory.

A recipient of grace, ginormous beneficiary of mercy, seeking first God’s kingdom and His righteousness to the day I draw my last breath. I daily depend on the Holy Ghost for the utterance to preach Christ crucified - in word and deed.

God’s word is my pulsing core. The doctrine of God is my operational manual. I love just like the Lord taught and commanded us to. I hate unrighteousness with an ever-intensifying passion.

I believe in blazing holiness. I believe every believer is equipped with the potential to win by righteousness and can win by righteousness if they productively engage God’s grace.

I believe in prayer and the ministry of the word. I believe the Bible alone is God’s word -Scripture!

Though we only see and prophesy in part, I believe in teaching the counsel of God whole within the full scope of everyone’s measure in Christ. Christ must be seen in our service delivery under God.

I believe the beautiful diversity in the body of Christ is the spectacle of God’s power and wisdom - should every believer do their part, the corporate new man in Christ shall emerge.

I believe in the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace -I don’t believe in ecumenism or other such unions of the flesh. I do not chase the spectacular, I stick with the oracular. The believers’ faith must be anchored on Christ alone and not on anything that originates from man.

My mandate is simple: striving for the rebirth of apostolic Christianity.

My vessel is human, I make mistakes too - it’s why I pray for the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ; the love of God and the communion of the Holy Ghost to be with me daily.

My empowerment is divine, so I live solely by the faith which is in the Son of God. I love the Lord. I love my wife. I love my children. I love the body of Christ. I love the kingdom of God. I love those who hate me. And I love you who hear me.

I am what I am by the grace of God. Love powers my contemplations, proclamations, actions and inactions.

Naked I came into this world,
Innocent and pure,
A blank slate waiting to be filled,
With lessons to endure.

As I grew, my body changed,
And so did my mind,
I learned to walk, to talk, to think,
And to leave the past behind.

But as I journey through this life,
I know that in the end,
No matter what I may achieve,
My fate I cannot bend.

For naked I'll go from this earth,
Just as I came before,
And all that I have gained in life,
Will be left at death's door.

So let me live my life with purpose,
And with a heart that's true,
Let me love and serve my fellow man,
And always follow through.

For though my time on earth is brief,
And my days are numbered few,
I know that I can leave a mark,
And make a difference too.

So let me be a light to others,
A beacon in the night,
And when my time on earth is done,
I'll leave with peace and light.

For naked I came into this world,
And naked I'll depart,
But in between I'll make a difference,
And leave an inspired heart.
