You don't have to copy anyone's role or be in anyone's role before you can become successful.

Just focus on the area of your best performance, and you will find success. All you need is to stay true to yourself.

Just because Mr. A is successful in business doesn't mean you will be successful in it.

Copying others or trying to step into other people's roles can lead to frustration.

This particular picture has a lot of leadership lessons in it.

A careful study of the picture shows that while Tony Elumelu is leading the family from the front, his wife is guiding the family from behind, and the children are walking according to their position in the family.

Why are we always complaining about a hike in electricity when, in reality, what we need is stable electricity?

Ever since I got solar, it has saved me over #40,000 monthly, money that I would have been using to fuel my generator.

It has also stopped my sleeping-night heat experience. No more heat rashes.

Nothing beats proper funding in business.

The reasons why most young entrepreneurs are struggling with their businesses is because the foundation of their businesses wasn't properly funded.

We can't compare the growth of someone who got proper funding at formation level from their master with someone who started their own business with a little capital saved from their day-to-day hustle.

With time, both will definitely grow their businesses if the principles of business management are adhered to, but the percentage of growth will never be equal when measured over a period of time.

It can take a maximum of ten (10) years for an entrepreneur who is bootstrapping their business to build their brand to a competitive level while it can take a maximum of five (5) years for someone who got proper funding to hit the competitive level.

The Igbo apprenticeship system's backbone is the funding which has the capacity of growing its participants faster than their peers in other ethnic groups.
