Just finished eating a very delicious food that hot afternoon and as I was walking like a king back to my work place. I bumped into a strange guy by accident and I apologize for doing that and just as he walked pass me I saw a write up on his T-shirt which says (Enjoy the pain you can't avoid) and it got me wondering!!!. On my way back home after work, I was asking myself questions about the write up and these are the questions

(1) what is the meaning of this write up

(2) why am I bothered about it?

(3) what prompted it

These and many more questions were running through my head

It was as if the write up was talking to me direct.

After hours of critically analyzing the write up I was able To unravel the secret behind it

This is what I found out

(1) pain is inevitable : the writer understood that just like death can't be avoided so as pain, as human beings living in these planet called "EARTH " we are bound To experience pain at some point in our lives and some pains can't be avoided instead we embrace It grateful heart knowing fully well that it will lead To a glorious end. And to achieve this glorious end we need To change our mindset about Pain.

Note : change your mindset about pain and you will see yourself fly above it and you need To be intentional about it.

Shortcut doesn't make you smarter in fact it makes you to be indolent. I want to share story about a beautiful who was known for it's great singing and the story goes like , once upon a time there was this little and gullible bird that was known for it's beautiful and great singing. It would sit at the top of a tree and make lovely melodies. One day a man walking through the woods passed by the tree and heard the beautiful bird singing. The bird saw the man, and that he was holding a box. " what do you have in the box? the little bird asked the man. The man replied that he had a large, very juicy earthworms in the box, " I will sell you a worm for one of your beautiful feathers, " he offered . The bird been so gullible and and decided to buy the man's idea , the bird pulled out a feather and exchanged it for a worm. The little bird now said and I quote " why should I work hard to get worms when it is so easy to get them this way? The little bird and the man repeated this process over and over and over until the bird had no longer Any beautiful feathers with which to pay for the worms and furthermore the bird could not fly , nor was it pretty, it lost the appetite to sing again and that was how shortcut misled this beautiful bird. Lesson ; (1) there is no shortcut to success in life. (2) shortcuts can rob us the important lessons we need to learn along the way, be persistent and stick to path on which the lord had placed you. It might not be easy but it will definitely pay off

Letter To Last Year (2023)
Hmm, my dear last year (2023). you have done so much for me that I cannot thank you enough. You opened my 👀 to many things . Year 2023 you are an eye opener. You challenged me to be better by throwing obstacles in my way you fought me so badly that I couldn't resist but to fight back, you have shown me that hard works doesn't kill but it builds one. My dear last year, I thought you left me with heart filled with sadness and wounds but I was wrong. It was the opposite of it. Infact it was you that made me believe that when the going gets tougher, the tough get going. Am so glad for the wonderful experience I had with you. Am going to miss you

When I watch all these Nigerian village movies. Those olden days movies not the current village movies. Most of us will understand the kind of movie that am talking about. there is this vibes that it gives me and guess what the vibe is all about? The vibe of love and communal life. Once something happens to one person the rest is aware immediately and when I said something am not talking about private matter nooo. am talking about maybe death of someone or maybe serious illness but these days is not so. We have lost the little humanity in us, we have sold it with this devilish statement ( Nothing concern me or dey ur lane ) hmm Is so painful and disheartening that even your next door neighbor don't even care about anything, Money has made us lost our humanity. Everything these days is money. And God is up there shaking his head cuz this is not the world he created to live in peace and harmony. We live in a time where so far as you are rich everything about you is good even ur bad character is considered the best, I weep for my generation. When you don't have money ur problem is personal to you but when you do have money it becomes everybody concern. What a shame, well I pray that God will help us to bring back that spirit of living a communal life where your brothers problem is your concern not minding whether is a rich person or not. Self-Confidence

Self-confidence is how you project yourself to other people. An expert golfer may feel very confident in their ability to play golf. Golf is a skill they have acquired through practice. You can build confidence through a skill set. You can develop your confidence further through practice and accomplishments others see. Confidence is something you feel inside, something other people notice in you.

Life will test you, life will pull a stunt on you, life will break you up at some point, sometimes in life it feels as if you are stuck, you look back and front and there is no rescue coming to your side and sometimes it feels frustrating and it looks as if your struggle is not paying, you look ahead and you see the gap at the bridge of life and it looks so scary to the extent that most of us will start asking questions like

Will I ever make it?

Will I ever be who I want to be in this life?

Am I good enough to fix this GAP in my life
And most times we are lost in this thought that we almost forgot how far we have come, how we were able to overcome those little obstacles in the past. All am trying to say in essence is that if we can believe in ourselves, there is nothing that we cannot do
