Maybe people will only realize your worth if you stop chasing them. If you stop giving them your attention, your time, and your efforts. Sometimes you need to act like you don't care and stop pursuing them. Some people think that you'll never tired because you love them. Well, love never gets tired but pain makes us weak.
Whoever reading this, you know to yourself how worthy you are, so stop focusing on someone who ain't deserve you. If they really want you, you don't need to plead for their time. Cause if they really want you, they will give it to you wholeheartedly. So please, know your selfworth.

I see effort as it is, and don't label it as the bare minimum. You remember my favorites, 'though I just told you about it one time? That's already special to me. You remember me hearing that one, Love song? That's sweet of you. You make time for me during your busy schedule? I'll be grateful. You insist to see me during my bad day just to give me a hug? I'll be more than thankful. You go to my office place and pick me up, let me sleep on your shoulder on the bus ride? I'll tell you it's an A+ effort for me. I know these things are the norms and typical, but for me, those are way more special.

Because I tend to appreciate every good thing that is offered to me; I take it grand, 'though People see it as a simple act of Kindness. And I'll treasure these things and moments, really there's this treasure chest inside my chest that says, "This is where all those Gems should be placed; and no one can take it away from me.

Find someone who's Real.

Find someone who wants to authentically learn who you are as a person.

Find someone who lets you know from the very beginning, if they have genuine intentions.

Find someone who isnt just a " lover ", but a friend, a partner, a mentor, someone who you can come to when life is so hard, and you feel like giving up and they are there to pick you back up on your feet.

Find someone who respects you and your children.

Find someone who shows you the definition of effort.

Find someone who takes a day off work when you're sick to make sure you're taken care of.

Find someone who motivates you to do better in life because relationships are more than just falling in love. It's about inspiring each other to become better versions of yourselves day in and day out.

Find someone who is patient with you and are guided by morals and reasoning.

Find someone not only to love, but someone to grow with, learn from and to share new experiences with.

Find someone who's willing to understand you.

Find someone who admits when they are wrong.

Find someone who understands it's not about giving you the world, it's about making you feel like you're the only one in it.

Take my advice and wait for someone who touches your heart in ways you never thought were imaginable. ❤❤

Important things to remember when you are married or in a serious relationship:

Put God at the centre of it all.

Don’t ever assume your partner feels loved. Tell them why they are loved.

Date nights are a must.
Doesn’t matter if you go out, or stay in.

Talking openly about what you want to change in your relationship is important.

Learn each others love language.
We all don’t perceive love the same way.

When you get into a fight, don’t just say “I’m sorry”. Say what you are sorry for, and how you will react differently next time.

It will get boring sometimes.
Every couple goes through the “boring” stage.
It’s normal.
It will fade.
This is the time in your relationship you will have to put the most effort in.

Some days you will have to pull more weight than your partner, and vice versa.

It’s important to check in on each other’s mental health.

It’s okay to go to couples counselling.
It helps.
It doesn’t mean you two are ending, or failing.

Talk about money.
Talk about your financial goals.
Let your partner know what you expect from them, and vice versa.

Turn off the phones an hour before bedtime and just talk to each other.

Ask questions like

“What do you need to see more of from me?”
“How can we understand each other better?”

And most importantly, be kind to each other.

Love each other.

Fight for each other.

Remember, love is never easy, and it’s one hell of a ride.

But damn, is it beautiful, and worth it.
