When I was very much younger, I can remember vividly how someone would say the reason she is not selling as she should is because someone else is selling what she sells. Well, some people still say such in this generation sha😒😂😂

While that sounds like what we should accept; IT IS FALSE.

There so many things that affect sales especially online. One of it is your strategy.

Strategy is what brings your business goals to reality. You just posting everyday is not enough to get your sales.

As we always say, the sky is wide enough for all birds to fly😉

Sit down and analyze your business. If you can’t, reach out to someone who can.

Having a basic knowledge in this categories saves you lots of expenses and also help you present your brand in a better light😄

Don’t be nonchalant about your business. If you have to do business on social media then do it well🙄

📍Product Photography helps you learn how to take good pictures of your product from different angles.

📍Video/Picture Editing: This helps you effectively edit your pictures and videos and suitable to the eyes of your target audience.

📍Design: Have a basic knowledge in graphics design. Learn how to use Canva at least.

Most times video content does a better job, you shouldn’t ignore creating an amazing content with videos.

1. Behind the scenes: Show you are packaging orders or making your products etc

2. Customers’ Review: Plead with your customers to help you send a review (you can check my content on this).

3. Questions and Answers: You can do a video giving answers to compiled questions from your customers or intending customers.

4. Tutorials: Teach your audience ‘how to’ e.g use your product properly or anything in your industry.

5. Teaser of new arrivals: Always let your audience be expectant by posting teasers or announcing when you will start posting the new arrivals.

6. Events: Post videos from your recent events, that can entertain your audience.

Everything is content, don’t forget to film it😅

📌 If till now you don't post quality content about your niche then you are wrong. Quality content entails; education, information, entertainment and motivation.

📌 Stop posting only graphics as a business owner. Start by showing your face ones in a while (if you can't do all the time), that allows for better interaction.

📌 Quality visuals always get the attraction it deserves because the human eyes love good things.

📌 High number of followers is amazing but it's not a yardstick to determine how well you are doing. Focus on good content and strategy. Followers will come.

📌 Collaborations is the reason why some businesses are soaring. Collaborate with other business owners around your niche.

🛑Buying followers: This is just a waste of time. there is no shortcuts to success. if you buy followers, you would have a lot of people who are not your target audience 👌🏾 🔴Running a faceless brand: People have trust issues on social media and possibly due to their experiences. Show your face, it's the least you can do for your brand. it also helps your audience connect well with you. 🛑Always sounding salesy: You don't need to sound salesy everytime before people can buy from you. People would get tired and unfollow your page. 🔴Not engaging with others: Engagw e with other people's content. Be social. Build relationship. 🛑Posting poor quality pictures/videos: Instagram is a visual app. Invest in quality visuals. It makes your content attractive. Follow me for more tips❤️
