" I never for once believed that a dead person can actually travel to a distant place to start up a family whereas he has been buried.

I came in contact with One of my childhood friend who kicked the bucket in 2020 and was buried too. He didn't see me so I had to trace him down to the place where he lived.

This all happened when I relocated from the East where we all grew up. This man was my best friend. He was everything and more you could want in a friend but he died at the age of 32years without being married and he doesn't have any child of his own too.

I relocated to Port Harcourt last month(January 2024) because I got transfered to Port Harcourt due to work.

One hot afternoon while I visited a eatery to eat, I saw this my friend. Exactly his physique and the way he smiles. He held the hand of a pretty lady and from the atmosphere of their gestures one could tell that these duo are love birds.

So I had to trace him down to where he lived. He never saw me neither did he notice me but shocked came over me when I entered into his compound where he built a three bedroom flat with 4units. There he lived with his family. Imagine! He now have a family of two boys and a girl.

As soon as i entered the compound and knocked on the door. The wife opened the door and requested to know who I came looking for. I quickly responded that I am looking for Stanley my childhood friend.

The wife queried me that she doesn't know any Stanley of a man. I quickly swiped through my phone and a picture of myself and Stanley resurfaced. I hastily pushed the phone over to the wife as she confirmed the pictorial scenes to be her husband's.

She offered me a seat in the sitting room and went calling on the husband. She's such a lively woman oh.

Stanley and his wife and kids resurfaced in few minutes but the unimaginable happened and my head was as if it was blown off.

Stanley met my presence and immediately vanished into thin air. The wife began rolling on the floor as I told her.
