If you can get raw coffee or instant coffee like this nescafe

Always drink as much as you can every morning

Even if you can overdose, overdose it

It will boost your energy significantly and not cause side effect, compare to other energy source like drugs or energy drink

Let's say you had a plan to work out for a week straight

The first day of doing your push ups, sit ups e.t.c would be easy

You know what try doing it the second day

You'll feel serious pain in your body

Let me burst your bubbles

An average guy will just stop and say he'll continue later in the future

But I kid you not, if you try doing it as it's paining you, you just keep pushing it

one more push up, one more life

The more the pain goes away

The more you keep going the more the pain goes away

And that's how you continue everyday till you achieve your dream body

It's the first press up that pains most, the first sit up, the first bench press e.tc

If you can overcome the first, the rest is cake
