HEALTH AWARENESS !!!
Thank God for seeing us to the last month of 2019.We will all see 2020 by his Grace.
There are critical health issues I always talk about because of their importance to good health.

(1)When last did you check your blood pressure?
Some people will say I don't check, it is not my portion, you should also know that it was not portion of those that it has killed or paralyzed.Blood pressure is a silent killer and destroyer, and millions of people have it without knowing it
Please for your own good, regularly check your blood pressure to avoid health disaster.

(2)Check your sugar level at least three times a year.
Most of the food we eat now are not really natural food and they contain sugar. To avoid having diabetes, check your sugar level.There is a stage that diabetes will get to,and it cannot be cured, the best remedy is stop it before it gets to alarming stage.

(3)Any man or woman above forty years should check for prostrate cancer for men and breast cancer for women at least ones every year.
For now cancer have no cure and or it leads to death after spending Millon's of money.

As I always say,PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN EMERGENCY, BECAUSE EMERGENCY MAYBE DISASTROUS.

Good health can only be achieve by been cautious of your health.
