Chika Madubuko is the founder of Greymate Care, an Al-driven caregiving platform. An online platform that connects the vulnerable to a professional caregiver, an idea arose from Madubuko's personal challenges that she faced when looking for a care-giver for her grandmother.

Finding the greatest purpose out of her education, she describes how her course MSC Biotechnology from the University of Hertfordshire "enabled (her) to push herself and provide a comprehensive and practical approach to the industry she wanted to pursue a career in."

She has now based her service offering around providing trained professionals to care for vulnerable family members.

Productivity is something that you'll have to consider as an entrepreneur. It refers to your output over a period of time.

If you do more under a period of time, you are more productive. On another day if you do less under the same period of time, you were less productive.

The first step to boosting your productivity is to work on how you make your DECISIONS. Decision-making is the most time consuming hurdle in the productivity process. The Average human has to make about 35,000 decisions EVERYDAY.

This is why figuring how to reduce the number of decisions you have to make everyday, as well as shortening the time spent to make a decision, is the single most important skill set in your productivity arsenal.

1. Get enough sleep: Scientific studies show that sleep deprivation has a profound negative impact on your decision making and the quality of your decisions. So get enough sleep! 6-8 hours in every 24 hours.

2. Give yourself a time limit: Don't spend more than five seconds to make a decision. Don't hesitate. Just go with your first impulse. 7 out of 10 times, your first impulse is your best option.

You already know what to do. All you have to do now is get out of your own way.

3. Flip a coin: If you're still struggling with No. 2, just flip a coin. And whatever it lands on, you've just got to listen to your gut instinct. If your gut lurches in the opposite direction, do the other one. No hesitation. No questions asked.

4. Be Strategic about asking for help before making decisions. Don't fall into the habit of asking for help when you don't actually need it. Adding too many people to a decision making process is the surest way to slow things down.

5. Practice! As with all other things, practice is always the solution to getting better at things. The more you make quick decisions, the better you'll become at making them, and the less you'll second guess yourself.

Asisat Lamina Oshoala MON (born 9th October, 1994) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays for Spanish side FC Barcelona Femení in the Primera División as a Striker.

Asisat was named Best Player and was the highest goal scorer at the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. She was also named Best Player and second Top Goalscorer with the Super Falcons team who won the 2014 African Women's Championship.

Asisat has had quite a tough ascent to her present status as her parents were, in fact, not supportive when she dropped out of school to pursue a football career. Her passion prevailed anyway. And today we have one of the most lethal strikers in the history of African Women Football. Amazing!

She has so far been decorated African Women's Footballer of the Year a record-equalling four times. Nobody else comes close to our WCW this week.

Here are 4 steps to being your own boss:

1. Find your industry, carve your niche. Remember, it must be something you have passion and love for.

You have to love what you do, because money in the long run won't be a big enough motivator.

2. Research your market. Analyse the area for demand and need.

3. Get trained in that choose field to learn foundational skills.

4. Build your business slowly.

Most entrepreneurs think that rapid growth is the sign of a successful business, but the truth is, building slowly allows you to learn and make adjustments before plunging head first into the business.

Shola Akinlade and Ezra Olubi are the Co-Founders of PayStack, one of the leading online payment gateway in Nigeria that allows businesses to collect payments from customers using MasterCard, Visa and Verve cards anywhere in the world.

Paystack is a payments platform that makes the online payments process seamless for both the consumers and the businesses they are trying to pay. With Paystack, you can accept online payments in Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). Such an evasive solution in FinTech was made possible by the brilliance of the Paystack Brothers.

He has a background in Muay Thai and Kickboxing. He was originally competing in Kickboxing and Boxing before becoming a professional Mixed Martial Artist. He amassed a 32-0 record as an amateur Kickboxer, and was later signed by the UFC in 2017.

'The Last Stylebender' as he is fondly called, Israel now has 20 wins from 20 in his professional career as a UFC fighter. When launching your start-up, you will likely have to build your sales process from scratch.

That is absolutely fine.

Here are some of the practices used by experts while developing their repeatable sales process that gives your sales team the tools they need for lasting success.

1. Define, clearly, your qualifying criteria for leads. Not everyone is your customer. Build a customer profile and create your sales process around it.

2. Define your sales stages to improving forecasting accuracy.

3. Always follow-up your customers after their first purchase. Tell them more about their purchase, your other products and new developments. This will create and strengthen brand retention.

4. Refine your Sales Pitches based on your customer feedback. Your pitches should get better at identifying your customers pain points, as you will learn from their responses.
