Use techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix (quadrants of urgent-important, urgent-not important, etc.) to categorize tasks and focus on what truly matters.
☑️ Use a Digital Calendar/Task Management Tool: Utilize digital tools like Google Calendar, Trello, Asana, or Todoist to manage your tasks and deadlines. Input all your tasks with their deadlines into the calendar or tool of your choice. Set reminders and alerts to ensure you're reminded of upcoming tasks well in advance.
☑️ Break Down Tasks: If you're working on larger projects, break them down into smaller, manageable tasks. This helps prevent feeling overwhelmed and allows you to allocate time more effectively. Assign specific time slots to these sub-tasks in your calendar.
