Does Facebook Marketing work in 2021?

OF COURSE! Facebook ads are definitely worth it and have seen a surge in businesses using during this pandemic.

First of all, having a account, i.e. Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, tik-tok, etc., has become a trend for all generations of people. And a huge number of those people are actively using Facebook with nearly 1.5 billion users. The way Facebook earns its revenue is by allowing businesses to use their platform to reach prospective customers. Since its initiation, till now Facebook has relentlessly worked on improving its ad algorithms and has made it increasingly efficient for businesses to find and attract more customers, successfully.

As Facebook has billions of users, it collects data on every user i.e. user status, active usage time, interests, typed videos watched, etc. These are a couple of data points but there are many more. As the internet and technology improve it has also become a necessity for many of us now to have a smartphone. So, companies use Facebook or other social media platforms to reach more customers easily, which they could not possibly do by organic advertisements. In addition, besides Facebook ads (which has to be paid for); small and medium businesses are seen to be opening pages/groups where prospective customers can join and get to know and buy products. Most of these pages/groups sell their products through postal delivery, but some also have physical stores.
