ARISE AFRICA ACHIEVERS AWARDS NOMINEE UNVEILED: ELVIS CHIBUZOR
Mr Elvis Chibuzor (Shine Onyeigb) was born into the family of Late SIR & Mrs John Chukwukere Ukah.
He is the last born in the family of 9 (8 boys 1 Girl) He started entertaining his villagers at age 3yrs old.
At age 3 his late uncle Damian Ukah saw the potentials in him and took him to Rumugbo Porthacourt to entertain his neighbors and friends.
Shineeyes Onyeigba as he is popularly called, attended Gwagwalada Community School Abuja, and later Ogada Atta Community School, Imo State and subsequently Transfiguration Of Our Lord Seminary, and later First Century Gospel Comprehensive Sec. School, Ikembara.
He holds a HND in computer science (Covenant Polytechnic)
BSC in business administration and management (Lyceum University Philippines)
He hails from Atta Ikedure LGA, Imo State.
He is a blogger, music producer, singer, song writer, video director, mix engineer and an event manager.
His career engaged him on the international front, thereby exposing him to experiences across several continents earning him Frontline responsibilities and positions.
This rapid elevation came with intense responsibilities that engaged him across several countries. He is a familiar name in the business world of music, media, entertainment, real estate and construction.
With a career of such corporate exposure, he quickly attained the position of Director on the Board of several conglomerates

CEO Classic Rainbow Empire LTD, CEO Star Farms And Agro Allied int'l and CEO Hood Music Africa
Shineeyes started music professionally in 2006. He released his first album titled "Me Apologize" in 2008 featuring producers like Terry G, Aiz bag, Henry Hope, Jiggy Jeg.
In 2010 he released his second album titled " SINGER SWAGGER" featuring artists like Solid Star, Rocksteady, Black Face, Churchill, and producers like Jfem, Jsleek, Terry G, Spanky. He learnt music production from aizbag in 2007 and continued learning from Jfem production in 2009.
In 2016 he went fully into music production. He has produced and worked with artists like G Kinicks, 2 Face , Terry D Rapman, Timaya, Exnel, Slow Dog, Babywayne etc and produced over 5,000 songs with many on digital stores.
Shineeyes owns Hood Music Studio which later metamorphosed into Hood Music Africa (Record Label) which signed artists like Babywayne, Youngsketch, DannySwag etc to his lable in 2017.
MEDIA
Elvis Chibuzor AKA Shine Onyeigba is the Founder and Chief Editor Abia News Bloggers which later changed it's name to Naija Blogger.
He was the S.A on media Osisioma Ngwa LGA, Abia state to Hon. Iheyinna Mgbeahuru from 2017 until 2019
He blogged for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Hon. Solomon Adaelu, Hon. Chimobi Ebesike, and so many others
Abia News Bloggers championed and pioneered many people into the blogging stream of Abia, shine lights into the blogging industry and many joined the blogging business through Abia News Bloggers posts and online activities.
Abia News Blogger and it's CEO Shine Onyeigba won the contract to organize the Popular 'OSISIOMA NGWA CARNIVAL' that had over 5,000 people in attendance. An event that had many dignitaries in government and people from all parts of the world in attendance.
From Sound, video, artist management, stage , lights and even food was all managed by Abia News Blogger in conjunction with Shine Onyeigba the CEO.

Elvis Chibuzor is the CEO Classic Rainbow Empire LTD.
A real estate company into buying and selling of lands and properties.
He's also a real estate developer, consultant, investor and property management expert, etc.
As a licensed real estate developer, he owns Classic Rainbow Empire Phase 1, 2 and 3
PHILANTHROPIST
He is a philanthropist. With a heart full of compassion, Elvis Chibuzor has always given himself to the service of humanity. He has pursued it with a religious vigour even from an early age as a youngster.
He has touched many lives through his humanitarian works. He has employed several youths in various capacities in his companies both home and abroad.
A philanthropist per excellence who has catered for the less privileged and helped many obtain scholarships for quality education within and outside his community.
His commitment even drove him to leverage music as a tool for encouraging talents. He has promoted social recreation, discovery of talent, human capital development, free skills acquisition trainings etc
