RT. HON. OGEWU IDENTIFIES WITH THE METHODIST WOMEN FAITHFUL IN THEIR 2023 CONFERENCE.

Rt. Hon. David A. Ogewu fcai, member representing Oju/Obi Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives over the weekend took a tour of various Methodist dioceses in Igede land. He did that to identify with the women fellowship of Methodist Church Nigeria during the 2023 Methodist Women Conference.

At Christ Methodist Cathedral, Uje-Anchim, the host venue for Adinu Diocese, and MCN Ainu-Ukpute, the host venue for Igede Central Diocese where he visited on Sat. the 25th Nov. 2023, he extolled the women's continues labour of love and sacrifices in the vineyard of God and charged them to not be weary, even in the face of very difficult economic realities. That in due time, their reward will come.

He promised to leave no stone unturned in ameliorating the sufferings of his people, stressing that what he needs is their prayers, cooperation, and a peaceful coexistence without which the idea of any meaningful development will be a mirage.

He culminated the tour yesterday, 26th November 2023 at Idelle, venue of the conference for Oyongo diocese. In all the venues, large sums of money were given as handouts to widows, orphans, the women fellowships, clergy, and crowds of supporters.

In the various dioceses visited, Hon. Ogewu was blessed with words of prayers by the spiritual leaders, archbishop Michael I.T.S JP, bishop Israel I. Agi, and bishop Benjamin Acham, as they invoked God's spirit to continue to be his guide and direction.

MISSING PERSON 😞

Igede man named Isaac Onda Onah from Ukpila Oboru in Oju local government of Benue state, who based in Karu site, FCT Abuja has gone missing since September this year.

According to the family of Isaac Onda Onah whose photograph appeared above said the young man left home for Church. All efforts to know his whereabout proved abortive.
He speaks Igede, Tiv and Igbo Tall and fair in complexion.
30 years old.

MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPORTANT!!!

If you get to any Park on route makurdi otukpo and vice versa, the first thing you ask the Booker is which road is the driver using, once they say naka road please don't pay money, quitely leave that park to another until you get the one using alaide road.

Avoid naka road for now for your own good. The negative report about that road recently is not fine. Avoid that road until construction work is complete.
This advise must be taken very seriously and also try to pass it to your love once using that route.

OJU-ADUM-YAHE ROAD: RT HON. OGEWU EMBARKS ON SITE-SEEING.

There is no gain saying that in a system like ours, awarding a contract and appropriating funds for its ex*****on is not just enough. Monitoring its ex*****on to the latter is imperative for a speedy completion.

It is in the light of above that Rt. Hon. David A. Ogewu took pains to visit the site of the newly re-awarded Oju-Adum-Yahe road to see things for himself. He assured the site engineer of his commitment to giving the company all the support needed to facilitate the work.

OTUKPO TO OBI IS NOT SAFE FOR NOW.

One person was killed, the rest kidnaped and their vehicle was dumped by the road side along Otukpo, Obi road, yesterday.

Travellers are advise to use alternative route and be safe.
