Meanwhile, it is of a great importance to consider youths empowerment a priority, noting that youth is a season of hope enterprises and energy to the nations. As a matter of fact, the only factor that can geometrically give births to financial independence in our contemporary society is talents discovery, awakening, development and empowerment. What is talent? It is a natural endowment or natural inbuilt/inherent in a person. It is an intelligence or mental power poses by someone.
The ability of one to perform a particular thing very well is talent, being acquired through practice or learning or inborn. Ladies and gentlemen, it has called for unannounced arrival of incommon optimism as the board of trustees and the management of Wald Association of Talent Development has chosen Ebonyi State to benefit from her "Showcase your talent and empowerment programe which was attracted as a result of a remarkable administration with a voluminous achievements of a multi-talented WA-TW Governor in African continent, a leader who is endowed with numerous, Unique, acumen cm talents, intellectual fecundity cm creative originality, social sophistication and pedagogical wizardry, a man whose magnanimity and philanthropic gesture has earned an excellent name, I am talking of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi FNSE FNATE. An emeritus professor in talent development and infrastructural development. His Excellency vows to drastically uproot financial doom and its' consequent incapacitation in Ebonyi State and Nigeria in general, having Americanized and turned the State into an earthly paradise, through a track records of the following; human capital development in all areas of life, excellent road constructions and rehabilitation, electricity in every nook and cranny of the State, overhead bridges in various strategic places in the State, the world class new government house, ultra-modern Margret Umahi International Market, King David Medical University, King David Gifted Academy, Ultra-Modern general hospitals in every Community of the State, standardization of education in all levels and so many ones left unmentioned. Note that Ebonyi State has the highest number of political appointees in the whole west African Continent according to our research Notwithstanding, the above monumental excellent achievements of His Excellency speaks volume of the State and has therefore attracted the presence of Wald Associations of Talent Development as a result of law of attraction of homogenous species. In summary, we are in a serious campaign against the dormant talents thereafter advise the youths immensely not to build all thei hopes in white collar jobs, neither political positions but instead develop their talents, and make a diversification for a better living and achievement. Nevertheless, do not wait for any man or woman. diamond or gold, even Government before you can develop your talent so that if eventually you receive any support or assistance, t will remain a surprising gift.
