This year's theme for celebrating the international day of the Girl Child is- Invest in Girls Rights: Our Leadership, Our Wellbeing.

On this day, I want to celebrate girls all around the world, and in especially Africa for their strengths, drive, commitment and courage; their failing points too, notwithstanding. It's like magic to see that girls are able to draw strengths from all around them to pursue success.

This year, I'll be opening a LinkedIn page to launch it as a proper community. On that note, I'll committing to the hard work. It's going to take a lot, I know, but I'm choosing to find strength from my weaknesses and breaking points.

Perhaps we should get to know some terms first;
Being bold as a woman is to keep appearing to life undaunted, by the many many hurdles and obstacles right? It's living authentically (in the voice of Alicia), it's manifesting what's inside of you without fear, it's to carry yourself no matter what

And challenges? They're just the things that try to scare us; dreams actualization, big big aspirations that scare you, uncertainty, you know?

But you know what keeps you strong? It's that you keep going
That you still have a reason to smile
That you have direction (very important)
And most importantly, you have God
Hence nothing can sway us.
Why don't we crown it off with the scripture?
John 10:28b - nothing, absolutely nothing can take you away from the lord's hands, not even those challenges.

Now is the time to take action. Now is the time to ignite the fire within. Now is the time to bring our boldest selves to our biggest challenges. Are you ready?

This might be a little awkward;the fact that it seems i'm the only one who doesn't think that love is blind, but you just have to hear it.
Personally, I think that 'love is blind' is just an illusion.

What I think is that it's a facade that was put up there to cover up the real thing, cause how can you tell me that love is blind?

Love sees...
Love sees so much that it begins to see even what is not there, which makes for why people mistake it to be blind. Do you get the gist now?
No you don't

I'll explain further
When a pregnant woman pushes her baby out, and looks into the eyes of her baby, she sees beyond what is there, she sees her happiness, she sees her bundle of joy, she even begins to see greatness(which isn't there yet), if this woman goes ahead to say what she sees, she may be called blind...that is love. And it isn't blind

A prophet sees beyond what is obvious to all, why don't we call prophets blind?
because prophets are physical beings while love is not?
Why be partial?

Is Jesus not love? But yet Jesus isn't blind

I can go on and on to cite instances if you want...

You can't tell me this is not connecting to a plausible logic. Can you?

So you see?

I started out my January on an uncertain note, I was shaky, fear gripped me, I didn't want to start what I wouldn't be able to finish...

'Oh well just push on', I kept telling myself

I held a clear-cut vision at heart right before I jumpstarted, but because I had started out on a shaky foot, I almost lost sight of I wanted for myself, what I wanted people to believe in, what I wanted people to see in me, what I wanted people to feel when they hear my voice, what emotions I wanted people to share with me. But we're still here, and that's all that matters right?

God has been great altogether. I mean, if it wasn't for him...?

Look all that matters is we made a pact, people got it, people felt it and overall, we can say we tried our best for the year. We go again next year😄

With so much happiness and love from my heart ❤️, i'd love to mutter a countless number of 'Thank You (s)' to y'all for staying with me and being a part of this remarkable journey I started. Glory be to God, we've progressed meritoriously and effortlessly, and have made tiny but significant pacts here and there almost unknowingly; to think that there's even a greater more, I couldn't have been more pleased in my life. Thanks to y'all for making this work.

I feel like writing a eulogy but not yet

I just want you to feel recognized for sticking around and not leaving the journey halfway, yes, I love you for that. So, basically I want to plead a break from activities and all for a just a period of three weeks, just three weeks, to enable me solve and see to the finish of a different hard-wired task, and by the first week of December, I'll spoiling y'all with a thread of some amazing series😊, who's happy in the house? Mehn! These ones are going to be fire🔥. Just stick around a Lil bit more okay?

On my last post, I had mentioned that I'd talk about my which I started a week ago...

Sometime ago, when I had realized the vitality of initiating to supplement my audio and writing contents, I decided to start creating videos that'd center on everything about my journey; experiences, lessons, updates, and just some random stuffs related to my podcast. Right?

I wanted to be able talk about a lot of things, cause it seemed like they were a lot to talk about.

I wanted to share my guesting experiences, new update or generalities, events, and stuffs happening in the podcast industry that relate to me personally as a host. So...

So, I went ahead to create the channel, which has my name with an extra 'e' , i.e Gracee ( Gracee UTG podcast), and tada!!!

That was it.

But then again, I feel it's a whole lotta work on my own end, like... I doubt I'd be able to keep up with being consistent with it. Let's see though
