“Here’s another lesson I’ve learned in SGN this month:

CONFIDENCE

I believe in growth and change, and I also believe that no time is too late to start the process. Most times,the regret is usually not only in starting late, but not starting or even trying out.

I've mostly limited myself from putting up content out here on Facebook and basically,any social media platform that will put me in the spotlight.

When SGN accepted my application to work as an intern,I promised myself to be diligent and dedicated - and this decision has not only helped me build confidence, it has also helped me develop more self awareness and belief in my ability to accept change.

Aside the fact that Scale Global Network - SGN has stretched me,I have also learned to accept change - even if it seems challenging and uncomfortable.

I stated in one of the previous posts concerning how SGN has elevated my belief about "collaborations over competition". Below are some of other "5" reasons I can assure you will benefit for your personal growth:

✨ The God factor (faith): I so much love how there are specific day designed for interns to lift up their voices to God and make their intentions known to Him, aside different scenarios for prayers - in between before and after sessions etc. ......

✨ Emotional intelligence (EI): As the information administrator, I've developed more resilient spirit, because handling and conveying information to people with different opinions can be frustrating, but with the help of God and intentional listening and adjustments I've been able to cope and grow.

✨ Problem solving skills (Experience): Before now, there were decisions I couldn't take and projects I couldn't handle, though because I am part of the interns and because I have been stretched - I can now accept change and challenge myself to do more.

✨ Time management (efficiency): With different opinions and intentional work ideas, I've been able to handle my tasks effectively because different tasks have been assigned to each intern, thereby increasing progress over activity.

✨ Team work (collaborations): Before I joined the movement, I've always worked alone and I don't really value the team work, though because of the efficiency I've enjoyed with fellow interns and also less of competition that makes me thrive more - I now see more reasons to appreciate people as individuals and teams also.

First thing I've learned from SGN

I strive to learn daily. And out of the numerous lessons I've learnt from SGN, the first one really stood out for me: which is “collaborations over competition”.

Naturally,I tend to thrive effectively where there is no or where there is less competition - not because I am scared of challenges, but because I prioritise my mental health. And, I've also observed that collaborating with other interns in the movement has helped foster my growth and improve the overall outcomes of each intern which helps in recognizing growth and success.

Unlike a scenario where there is unhealthy competition without boundaries - it often leads to comparison which judges self-esteem if not handled effectively.

Why I chose the Scale Global Network (SGN) for my internship.

I have known Ms Hope Willie for a while now, seeing that she prioritizes progress over perfection - I decided to follow her.

When SGN put up the opportunity to accept interns, I applied not because I am perfect, but because I wanted to prove to her that her belief in human growth is worth it.

Also, seeing that SGN as a world - class platform, puts me on the height for global opportunities - I decided to maximize the opportunity so that I can fine-tune my skill and gain experience that will help optimize my overall growth.

There are numerous skills one can learn today, and there are different platforms with which you can learn these skills from.

However at SGN, these three (3) are some of the skills you can learn.

✨Social media Ads; which includes FB, IG, TIK-TOK and WhatsApp marketing.

✨Digital products creation; you tend to get experiences by working on real life projects which helps you identify market needs,develop a product and put it up for sell.

✨Personal branding; through consistent works on projects and tasks - you tend to create a narrative which builds trust, visibility and also advancement in your career by deliberately shaping your perception, highlighting your values and skills in your specific field.

Scale Global Network (SGN) is a platform lead by Ms Hope Willie with the aim of empowering world-class phenomenal scale their businesses, brands and personal growth through mentorship, networking and collaborations.

I just started my 6 Months internship with The Scale Global Network!

Moving forward, I’ll be sharing everything I learn about monetizing online skills - Walk with me through my journey!

First and foremost, I express my gratitude to God Almighty for giving me the necessary gifts and abilities alongside the platform to serve.
