The station, owned by Engr. Ajisafe Abiodun, commenced broadcasting today, Sunday, October 15, 2023 marking a momentous occasion for the community.

Almond 94.3 FM kicked off Test Transmissions in Ibadan

Almond 94.3 FM, a new radio station in Ibadan, Capital of Oyo state, began official test transmissions on Monday, August 14, 2023.

Almond FM will be broadcasting from 8am to 6pm daily. The station is located at Bodija in the heart of Ibadan and is currently the latest radio station in the city.

32FM in Ibadan announces New Brand Curator, Head of Marketing

32FM, a popular radio station in Ibadan, has announced a new brand curator and head of marketing.

Peter Omoh will take over the role from Afouda Samuel, who became the Brand Curator earlier this year and is said to have voluntarily stepped down from the position for personal undisclosed reasons.

In his new role, Omoh will be responsible for overseeing the station's brand strategy. He will also be responsible for developing and executing new ways to engage with listeners and promote the station's brand.

In addition to the appointment of Omoh as Brand Curator, 32FM has also announced that Mrs. Tope Akindoyin has been appointed as the station's new head of marketing, a position she took over from Sesan Daniel who resigned from the organization in April this year. In her new role, Akindoyin will be responsible for leading the station's marketing initiatives.

The appointments of Omoh and Akindoyin are a sign of 32FM's commitment to growth and innovation. The station is confident that these two experienced professionals tenure shall bring more progress to the station.

Oyo State Sports Council appoints Crest FM OAP as Oyo State Tennis Association member

The Oyo State Sports Council has appointed popular Yoruba Sportscasters with Crest 91.1 FM, Ibadan, Olusola Alabi also known as 'Ijobasports' as a member of the Oyo State Tennis Association.

The appointment was announced today in a letter signed by Mr Kehinde Ojelowo on behalf of the Oyo State Sports Council.

While speaking about the new development, the Chairman of the Oyo State Tennis Association, Dr Mogaji Akin Fagbemi revealed that Mr Olusola Alabi will be a huge boost to the association.

In his reaction, the Head Tennis Coach, Ganiyu Tirimisiyu welcomed Mr Alabi to the association and urged him to try his best to move the association forward.

While responding to the development, Mr Olusola Alabi also known as Ijobasports appreciated the Oyo State Sports Council and Oyo State Tennis Association for the previlege and promised to carry out his duties deligently in moving the association forward.
