Popular photographer d!es in a car crash.

A popular photographer based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State who is best known as Wildshot, has d!ed in a lone car accident in the Wimpe area of Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State.

According to reports, the photographer was said to have rammed into a building while trying to overtake a trailer at about 9pm on Friday, December 8. The deceased who was an only child, was reportedly at a popular gymnastics centre in Port Harcourt when his mother in the Rumuola area called him to complain that some suspected cultists were shooting around her residence.

Late Wildshot was said to have abandoned his activities at the gym, hopped into his vehicle and rushed to the area in a bid to save his mother. Eyewitnesses claim late Wildshot who was on speed, tried to overtake a trailer but lost control of his car, rammed into a building and sustained serious injuries. He was said to have been rushed to two different hospitals which rejected him. He was confirmed d£ad at the third hospital he was taken to.

Wildshot d!ed a day before his birthday. He was only child.

US President Joe Biden addressed the American people Thursday night from the Oval Office, as he spoke about conflicts in Ukraine and Israel.

While warning that 'chaos will spread,' the president pleaded with Congress to pass what's expected to be $100 billion in new funding, which is already being met with resistance by Congressional Republicans, wary of giving any new money to Ukraine.

In his 15-minute address, Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin and the terror group Hamas, are responsible for the bloody October 7 attack on Israel 'represent different threats' but share a common goal.

They both want to completely annihilate a neighboring democracy,' he said.

Biden warned that if bad actors like Putin are left unchecked 'would-be aggressors around the world would be emboldened to try the same.'

'The risk of conflict and chaos could spread in other parts of the world, in the Indo-Pacific, in the Middle East, especially in the Middle East.'

He then noted another common thread between Ukraine and Israel: Iran.

'Iran is supporting Russia in Ukraine and it's supporting Hamas and other terrorist groups in the region,' Biden said. 'And we will continue to hold them accountable, I might add.'

He continued, 'American leadership is what holds the world together.'

'American alliances are what keep us – America – safe. American values are what make us a partner that other nations want to work with,' he said.

'To put all that at risk if we walk away from Ukraine, we turn our backs on Israel – it's just not worth it.'

The president laid out that Putin's 'appetite for power and control' means he won't 'limit himself to Ukraine,' which could spill into a conflict where NATO countries are involved.

If that happens, Biden warned, 'we'll have something that we do not seek.'

'We do not seek to have American troops fighting in Russia, or fighting against Russia,' he said.

The president made other pledges too - telling family members of the hostages abducted by Hamas in Israel during the October 7 terror attack that 'we're pursuing every avenue to bring their loved ones.

Aidas J., a Lithuanian who lives in Spain, scammed 20 restaurants in the city of Alicante before he was jailed.

During his performances, he would fall to the floor and clutch his chest in faked agony.

'It was very theatrical, he pretended to faint and slumped himself down on the floor,' the manager of El Buen Comer, one of the eateries the conman scammed, told the US Sun.

Conman is jailed for faking having a heart attack in 20 restaurants to avoid paying the bill

Aidas even requested medical attention for his fake heart problems and was only found out when he tried his skit twice at El Buen Comer.

Another restaurant worker told Spanish newspaper El Pais: 'He lay down on the floor, acted as if his chest hurt and began to shake.'

As part of his act, Aidas dresses in 'designer clothes', according to local police, and pretends to be a Russian tourist who doesn't speak Spanish.

The manager of El Buen Comer sent Aidas' picture to other restaurants in the area to warn them and stop the conman from 'striking again'.

Another restaurant owner targeted by Aidas said he had ordered several glasses of expensive whiskey, a Russian salad, and a main dish like entrecote or lobster before he faked the heart attack.

The scammer has now been jailed for 42 days after he refused two fines he received for his theatrics.

As each bill he skipped was considered a small amount - ranging from €15 to €70 (£13-£60), Aidas only committed 'minor crimes'.

His crime spree went on for two months, during which he was arrested several times but let go because he only owed a small amount to each restaurant.

But the owners of the scammed restaurants want to file a joint complaint to get the conman locked away for longer.

The dine-and-dash incidents amount to €766 (£666) in combined bills.
