Cubana Chief Priest opposes EFCC’s trial
Adebisi Onanuga and Anne AgbiNight life business man and social media sensation Cubana Chief Priest has objected to his prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
His counsel Chukosolo Ojukwu told court when arraigned by the EFCC on Wednesday for alleged Naira abuse that they have filed application opposing the trial.
The defendant has also filed application for bail.

Foundation was laid in 1842 and building was completed in 1845.
The Work was led by the Church Missionary Society’s Rev. Henry Townsend and Carl Gollmer in 1842.
The notable Bishop Samuel Ajayi Crowther lived there with his family, and it was here that he translated the English bible into the Yoruba language for the first time.
The building has six bedrooms, two sitting rooms, four stores and one safe.
There is also a “Miracle Well” dug in 1842 in the compound. The water from is very clear, clean and drinkable till date, it’s the only well like that in the area that stayed like that since it was dug, some tourist take a bit of the water with faith, as a healing water.
The rooms where the first missionaries in Nigeria stayed.
The Building served as the official residence of St. Anglican Church
The building usually opens by 8 a.m. and closes by 6 p.m. to visitors.

During the clean-up exercise of the Iyana Ipaja pedestrian bridge this morning, 6 miscreants defecating on the bridge were arrested.
The bridge has now been cleaned and disinfected by the officials of Lagos State Environmental Health Officers @ehoan_lagos, while monitoring and compliance mechanisms have been put in place by the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) @LAGESCOfficial
