Operatives of a security outfit in Imo State code named Hope Security Vanguard Obowo Local Government Area Command have paraded alleged crime suspects arrested in Obowo Local Government Area of Imo State.
According to one of the personnel of the Security Outfit who spoke while parading the alleged Crime suspects, they were nabbed at an obscure location within the bank of one of the streams in Obowo Local Government Area.

CONCERNED CITIZEN BEMOANS THE STATE OF OKINGS.
A concerned Imolite has taken his time to carryout an on the spot assessment of the former popular Okigwe National Grammar School (OKINGS) located at Umuna in Onuimo Local Government Area of Imo State.
#StateofImo obtained a short video clip he made which showed the current deplorable condition of the school in its present site.
Recall that Okigwe National Grammar School (OKINGS) was one of the most popular secondary schools in the Eighties and Nineties which produced so many personalities occupying various public positions at the Federal and different state levels.
The school was then situated along the the Owerri-Okigwe road close to Imo River at Umuna before it was moved to another location by the Administration of former Governor Achike Udenwa when the proposed Faculty of Engineering Campus of Imo State University was sited at its original location.
Unfortunately, after so many years #StateofImo can reliably report that the Faculty of Engineering Campus of IMSU is yet to take off at the Umuna Campus as the buildings erected there have continued to remain empty and deteriorate each passing day.
