Over the weekend I had the opportunity of attending this amazing program organised by titled Mega Changemakers.
I was planning on sleeping ๐ด on Saturday but when my girl Rabihatu posted it on the group we both belong too, I just could not help but attend. And it was also just close by to my house ๐.

My opinion, this is a nonsense pay. But before you answer this question it's important for you to do your findings on what Activation means.
Activations basically require you to be in the sun for hours. Most times going from one place to another. All just for 3k a day. A month is 48k. That pay is not good.
We need to stop paying people peanuts for a stressful job just because we think we are helping them. You want to help them, pay them well.
We are in a country where the economy is bad, if you decide to do an activation, it means you can afford to do it. So pay those who will work with you well.

Wow, this is a very tricky one. I was initially going to go with the Duplex and acre of land in lekki but there is something I need to consider for myself, and that is AGE.
Am not getting younger. And it has always been my dream to go for my masters outside the country. So, I will surely pick The MSc with accommodation and feeding.
I know for sure that all I have to worry about when I get to the UK is working to earn cash. Cash made will be saved and later invested. Investments into buying a home or a land.

I picked power. Because power supersedes money. Many people will say money brings power, but the moment the money finishes, you lose power. But when you have power, you are King in your own space. Even when there is no money anymore, your power still remains.
If you plan on chasing anything in life, it should be power. You may need some money to really make a difference, but even that isn't necessarily true. However, only power can make you matter.

I watched a series recently titled "City on a hill." There was a part of the show where a brother asked his sister about her life. Her family.
And she replied saying, "I have a GOOD life brother, but am not HAPPY."
The fact is when people see that your married to a rich or handsome man, you have beautiful kids, you have a business, and going for different functions, they assume you are happy. But, deep down alot of people aren't.
Alot of people are facing abuse in their home, business is crashing down, some people have mental illness, etc. They may not feel comfortable to talk you, but it doesn't mean the problem isn't there.
So don't always assume that someone is happy. Even if they are, there is a story behind that success.
Some of these people need someone to talk too. They need someone to ask them if they are ok. They may be ashamed to reach out, but you can reach out to them on your own.
And please if your going through one problem or the other, don't keep QUIET, especially to those close to you. Speak out! There are people who are ready to listen.
Don't mess with your mental health. You deserve to be happy. We all do ๐๐ฝ.

It's amazing joining today for World Clean Up day, 2022. There is that joy you feel inside when you are a part of positive change in the society.

Today is my birthday but I feel it's the perfect time to share this video were I talked about the importance of Lagos state Government to bring back Saturday Environmental Sanitation.
The governor , Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency , and Lagos State Ministry of Environment needs to bring back Saturday environmental sanitation because when we clean up our homes and surroundings, we are creating a safe, secured and healthy environment for our children to live and grow in.
We are creating a home, school, workplace, etc free from sickness, flooding, etc. Our children can sleep freely, eat healthy, drink clean water and play around safely.
Sanitation will also help people to gather instrument or equipment that are useful for recycling. This is the kind of Lagos we want and need.
I would have loved to pick UK and Canada. But UK is quite expensive ๐ธ especially those places you would love to live or school in.
So for me, Canada and Germany is my best choice. Affordable, friendly people, good economy, less racist people. Na just money I dey wait for right now ๐
