If you're a sales person, who sells either physical or digital Products, there's something you shouldn't joke with.
And that's your number.
By number I mean, you should be able to predict the number of persons you need to meet on a daily basis to hit your sales goal.
By number, I mean you should know the number of calls you should make daily to get a yes.
By number, I also mean, you should know the number of cold emails you should send daily to hit your goals.
Now, an illustration for you:

What does that tell you?
