9. In June, Paul paid a surprise visit to her sister's place in USA only to discover she wasn't staying there. She was in another State ( Utah ) with her ex- boyfriend, one Peterside from the same village with her in Rivers State.

10. Paul asked to see the kids, but she refused so he left & returned to Nigeria.

11. She was expecting him to file for divorce, but after waiting for months and not hearing him make any move, she decided to file it herself.

Anita confirmed that Paul has never ever hit her. He was giving her 3 million a month as upkeep."

Police Trace Stolen Dog To Pepper Soup Pot Ready For Customers In Lagos

Police detectives from the Idimu Division, Lagos State, have arrested a dog meat seller, Success Akpan, after a stolen dog was traced to his pepper soup pot, which he was already selling to his customers before he was caught.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Olorunsogo Street, Ejigbo area of Lagos, where Akpan operates a shop.

When the Akwa Ibom State born Akpan was caught, he claimed that he bought the dog for N12,000 from a seller, who was later identified as Abu and did not know it was a stolen dog.

The suspect, Akpan, landed in trouble after the seller, Abu, stole the dog from his mother’s tenant in Idimu, who had refused to pay his house rent.
He allegedly stole the dog and sold to Akpan before the information leaked and he was arrested. He was detained by the Police and told to bring the dog back.

It was during interrogation that the suspect, Abu, confessed and took the Police to Akpan’s shop. But before they got there, Akpan had already killed the dog and used it to prepare pepper soup.

Police nab ex-convict for stealing hours after an NGO secured his release from prison

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) on Saturday morning, November 12, arrested an ex-convict hours after he was released from prison.

The suspect, Yakub Yusuf, aged 23 was arrested around 8am on Saturday after regaining freedom following his one-month prison sentence for stealing at Lagos State fuel dump, Alausa, Ikeja.

Learning that he was imprisoned because he could not pay a fine which was an option, an NGO facilitated his release by paying the fine on Friday, November 11, just ten days after his conviction on November 1, 2022.

Yakub was arrested again after breaking into Lagos State Fire Service premises from where he stole valve covers of old fire truck under repairs.

Obituary for family-of-six who died after eating dinner

A family-of-six was wiped out after they ate dinner together.

The father, mother, and their four children died after sharing a meal on October, 8, 2022.

The family — father Augustine Tochukwu Nwokedi, 41, mother Josephine Nkeiru Nwokedi, 39, children Emmanuel Chinaemelum Nwokedi, 12, Godwin Chigozie Nwokedi, 9, Blessing Chinazaekpere Nwokedi, 6, and Jospeh Chinedum Nwokedi — will be buried on November 29, 2022, in their hometown in Ozubulu, Anambra state.

2023: I will vote for Peter Obi, Mr Macaroni tells fans

A popular comedian and activist, Debo Adedayo, aka Mr Macaroni, has said he would vote for the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election.

Mr Macaroni made this known in a tweet on Saturday.

The activist also maintained his stance that he would not campaign for any politician ahead of the elections.

He wrote, “I do not and will not campaign for politicians. I cannot force or beg any Nigerian to vote for a particular candidate but come 2023, the person that I will cast my vote for is Peter Obi!! And that is final on this matter!! Enough is Enough!!!”

After her calls, she assumed Ifeanyi was with the Chef,
until she saw the chef without Ifeanyi and ask after Ifeanyi.

The chef said she assumed Ifeanyi was with the Nanny.

They search for Ifeanyi for a while and assumed, it was later that the security found him inside the pool dead...
Remember they were all in the sitting room according to the Nanny.

From information, I gathered there is a door that leads to the pool and it's usually locked...Someone left it open for Ifeanyi.

Now my question is,
since they were all in the sitting room, who opened the door for Ifeanyi to go to the pool?

Davido’s son drowns in their home swimming pool under the care of their domestic staff.

The three-year-old drowned in a private swimming pool at the family’s residence in Lagos, according to a family source who informed Peoples Gazette about the development.

“The boy was inside water for too long and they pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital,” the family source said under anonymity to await an official statement. “By the time they rushed him to Lagoon Hospital it was already too late.”

Ifeanyi Adekeke was born on October 20, 2019, by Davido’s girlfriend Chioma Rowland.

Another source close to the family said Davido was travelling in the United States when the incident happened. Chioma was believed to have travelled to Ibadan and left the child with a female domestic assistant.

The development comes two years after another artist Dapo Oyebanjo, D’banj, lost his son, who similarly drown in the family swimming pool.

I Still Loves My Boko Haram Husband – Rescued Chibok Girl

Jinka Yama, one of the recently rescued Chibok Schoolgirls on Friday said she’s looking forward to reuniting with her husband, a suspected Boko Haram terrorist, stating that she’s still in love with him.

Gatekeepers News reports that 24-year-old Yama wants her husband to lay down his arms and surrender to the Nigerian Military so that her desire for a reunion can be achieved.

Yama who escaped from Boko Haram captivity with three of her children told journalists at a press conference at the Headquarters of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK ) that she still misses her third husband, Usman and the father of two of her three children.

According to Yama, she had told her husband in captivity of her intention to escape but “my husband asked me to do whatever I wish.”

“I took three of my children and we walked through bush paths for two hours before we were rescued by the Nigeria Army,” Yama said.

Narrating her ordeal in captivity and how she got married to three different Boko Haram fighters, Yama stated that her first husband, Abubakar decided to join the breakaway faction of the Boko Haram terrorists faction led by Mamman Nur before she then got married for a second time to another terrorist, Darda.

However, it wasn’t long before Darda met his waterloo and was killed by the Nigerian Forces in one of the raids on Boko Haram terrorist camps. Yama revealed that she did not have any child for Darda due to his sudden death.

The rescued Chibok Schoolgirl revealed that she had her first child – 5year old Aisha for her first husband while 3-year-old Fatima and 1 year, six months old Umaira were born to her third husband whom she earnestly wishes will soon surrender himself to the Nigeria Military.

Yama is among the three Chibok Schoolgirls recently rescued by the Nigeria Military. The other two girls are Falmata Lawan, Asabe Ali and two of their children.

“I just hope Usman surrenders as soon as possible, I can’t wait to reunite with him,” Yama said.

Black Friday: Suspected Kidnappers Murder Police Officers, Civilian in Auchi

No fewer than 4 Police Officers together with a civilian (Male) and a little girl who many say is the daughter of Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries have been gruesomely murdered in cold blood on Friday at Water Tanker Junction, Warrake Road, Auchi.

The incident reportedly transpired at about 5pm when an unidentified group of gunmen who eyewitnesses say had been parked in an ash Siena vehicle without number plates opened fire at the homecoming convoy of Apostle Johnson Suleman who has been away from the country.

Johnson's vehicle is said to have been littered with bullets leading to the deflation of his vehicle's tires but was able to coast to safety leaving his security personnel badly mutilated from the bullets of the suspected kidnappers who set out to abduct him.

AUCHI BLOG gathered that residents in the area were taken aback in shock as they scampered away for safety on the realization that the vehicle that had since parked by Water Tanker Junction was bearing heavily armed gunmen.

An eyewitness told The Community's Eye that after shooting sporadically for minutes, they (the gunmen) collected the arms of the slain Police Officers and sped off through the Warrake part of the road in escape.

The Police and officers of the army have however weighed in to calm the nerves of frightened residents, assuring them of security while investigations are expected to kick off to bring the criminals to book.

Ex-aide of former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has made a mockery of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi’s degree.

The emergence of the degree certificate of LP's principal has continued to elicit reactions.

Following a series of criticisms about Obi’s education at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, his spokesperson, Valentine Obienyem, published his Bachelor’s Degree certificate (Second Lower) in Philosophy obtained from the institution in 1984.

Reacting, Omokri compared his receptionist’s degree to that of Obi, claiming the former’s was better than the latter’s.

Tableshaker blasted the ‘Obidients’ noting after all the buzz about their 'saviour' on social media, he can only boast of Second Class degree in Philosophy.

He tweeted: “Even my receptionist while I was in government has a better degree than Obi. After all this noise on social media, it is only a Second Class degree in Philosophy that your messiah has? Zenith Bank will not even employ such an educationally challenged character!”

Ibrahim Muhammadu, a man in Adamawa State, has been arrested.

He was nabbed by the police allegedly for setting a couple ablaze.

The couple, who got married only about two weeks ago, comprised a woman who allegedly jilted Ibrahim Muhammadu.
Ibrahim Muhammadu, who hails from Gadawaliwol in Jabbi Lamba, Girei Local Government Area, who was angry with the lady for jilting him, got someone to set fire on the couple.

The act was carried out on Tuesday, September 6.

The woman has reportedly died of severe burns, while the man is still battling for his health at a clinic.

It was gathered that Ibrahim Muhammadu had fallen in love with the deceased and had spent some N150,000 on her after she agreed to marry him, only for her to dump him for her new man to whom she eventually got married.

Angry Ibrahim Muhammadu acted by paying a different person, Ibrahim Savanna, now on the run, to kill the woman in question.

Ibrahim Savanna, allegedly after collecting N5,000 and four mudus of rice from Ibrahim Muhammadu, armed himself with petrol, went to the house of the couple in the night of the fateful September 6, locked the house from the outside, and set fire to it.

He then disappeared from sight.

The police, after its preliminary findings, went after the jilted lover, Ibrahim Muhammadu.

The Adamawa State Police image maker, SP Suleiman Nguroje, has confirmed the matter, saying it is being investigated.

Prince Charles is king at last.

The British heir apparent, who is 73, ascended to the throne following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The queen, who lived to be 96, reigned for an astounding 70 years. Prince William, 40, and Prince George, 9, are now first and second in line to the throne.

Charles does not need a coronation ceremony in order to officially become king, as he gained the title immediately after his mother’s death.

As sovereign, Charles has also assumed his mother’s titles as defender of the faith and supreme governor of the Church of England.

He is also now the head of the Commonwealth, a title that is not hereditary, but decided upon by Commonwealth leaders. Queen Elizabeth previously made it clear that it was her “sincere wish” for Charles to take over the title. The motion was formally approved by leaders in April 2018 after the late monarch’s endorsement.
