The past, the future and present; which one is more important?

Obviously, the more important one is the present.

Because....

The present is what determines the past. have you ever do, when you've done it becomes your past.

The past is a foundation a base of your living... but it doesn't happen of its own.

You create it by your thoughts and actions in the present.... every day adds to it.

How about the future?

The same goes also for the future.

The future is not a predetermined state.... it's a desired state that is created.

Created through your actions in the present.

While the past is solid and cannot be changed.... the future can be formed.

You give shape to the future!

As much as you should observe your past to be able to channel your energy in the right places.... and as well have a vision of the future.

The present is where you live and that is where every of your action takes place.

Pay absolute attention to it.

Learn to live in the present!

I know you've been told that emotion clouds proper reasoning.

Well... here's the correct statement 👇🏽

Emotion rules/controls reasoning!

Emotion is what directs the flow of thoughts and action.

When you're angry.... you think about something with heat inside of you.

When you're sad.... you think and act without energy.

When you're happy.... your thoughts and actions are energetic.

When you're afraid.... you use every fiber of energy you have to escape from your fear.

Everything you ever think about is controlled by the emotions you have ata the moment of thinking 🤔

But this is within your control.... all you just have to do is this 👇🏽

Build the emotion you want for the action you desire before going through the thinking process!

Many at times... life hits everyone hard.

It becomes so difficult.

You ask... why am I left out??

I'm good for nothing you think...

As old as I am.... I can't provide for my immediate needs or that of my family...

I have three words for you:

ONE MORE STEP!

Life is the sum of everything that happened and will happen to you!

If you understand this your life will become better and you'll begin to enjoy your days.

I'll tell a short story here...

Early 2020, during the COVID lockdown...

I was bitter....

Back at January... I had 100k for sustainability and some school work.

A few months into the pandemic.... I had nothing plus no job.

It wasn't easy on me at all.

I complained to a friend of mine... Pastor Ifeanyi O. Godwin...

It's almost as if the world was ending for me... seeing those younger than me doing fine.

But... having nothing to my name.

He asked me...

How many of those you're jealous of are graduates?

How many of them are living in their own??

How many of them are providing for themselves???

Thinking on this...

I discovered I was looking only at my deficiencies....

Not a thought towards my capabilities and advantages...

Social media has made it even more difficult.... flashing a whole lot of things you don't have your way.

With a mindset shift... I got a job by December 2020

January 2021... I got another job paying me 33% more than the first

Right now... I'm employed as the Administration Officer in a Security Agency.

My third job in 2 years... came with accommodation and salty increase.

One year out of your life doesn't sum you up.

But if you do nothing but complain that you've not achieved anything...

You'll end up a complete failure.

Find your advantages and make them work for you.

*Mistakes are deadly* .. can end a life in a twinkle of an eye but...

Without mistakes there won't be any invention that was ever discovered.

Mistakes are very valuable.. if you desire to grow in life you must:

✓ begin to study mistakes
✓ learn to use mistakes

Why, you ask...

Mistakes provide:

✓ foundation for new development
✓ direction for new discoveries
✓ a failsafe system for when things go out of hand.. and do much more.

That said...

The very next time you make a mistake..

Remember, it's not an end point... it's a new beginning.

Get more knowledge and redo it until you achieve it!

More importantly, don't wait to make a mistake first.. *learn from the mistakes of others!*
