Who is the first female career artist with 11 children?

Here is the answer👇

Lavina Fontana was the first female career artist in Western Europe.

Her family relied on her career as a painter, and her husband served as an agent and trained their 11 children.

Lavina Fontana who was born on the 24th of August, 1552 was trained by her father Prospero Fontana (Kudos to all intentional father out there). Her father was a prominent painter of the School of Bologna at the time and served as her teacher.

Lavina Fontana was a religious painter aside from the other types of paintings she did.

One of her earliest religious painting work is Christmas with the symbols of the Passion painted in 1576 and is now in the El Paso museum of Art.

Are you too unsure that you can still fulfill your dreams?

Lavina with 11 children still fulfilled hers.

You can too? Seek the right direction from God.

Stunning Monument🧡💛

On her unforgettable tour to Kevadiya in India, Ndumi stands and stares dumbfounded at this mind-blowing three-dimensional artwork.
She marvels at the effort and toils; seamless materials that had been woven into making this historical sculpture.

"It is the tallest statue in the world: 182 meters which is 597 feet tall; built by almost 3000 workers and 300 engineers. It can stand earthquakes and wind speed up to 100km per second."

Ndumi out of excitement, narrates to her friend on her return from the trip— the information she had gathered about this historical statue.

"It is called the Statue of Unity and is a tribute to Sadar Vallabhbhai Patel (1875–1950), an independence activist and prime minister who united 562 princely states of India to form the single Union of India."

She adds and drinks the fruit juice set in front of her friend whose keen interest shows she might be among the next to visit...

A Rare Art

Anne Suvillan taught Helen Killer, a partially blind student that got an eye disease at age five.

Helen Killer learnt not only the name of things around her even in her state but also how to read and write.

This rare art made Anne Suvillan one of the world's best teachers.

Teaching is an Art aside from being a science.

There is divinity, creativity, and artistry in the way we connect to teach, learn, and understand things.

A Food that never spoils:
When you place it anywhere, it retains its magical chemistry and lasts forever, as long as it is kept indefinitely in an airtight bottle.
It has many tremendous benefits such as:
1. It is an antioxidant that reduces oxidative stress in the body by mopping up free radicals
2. It reduces the risk of chronic disease including cancer.
3. Offers a protective effect against diabetes and some types of honey may help improve cholesterol levels.
4. Useful in wound healing because of its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
5. Relieves cough, so honey may be a good alternative for children over one year.
6. It has a soothing effect on digestion, helping with symptoms of diarrhoea
7. As an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory power, that can benefit the brain.
Honey has proven to be this food.
Honey can be sprayed over whole grain toast, to sweeten your dressings or marinades, stir it into coffee or tea, and so on.
Just note that raw honey should not be microwaved or put directly in boiling water or on a hot stovetop, as this may destroy some of its nutrients.

Happy Valentine's Day❤❤🧡
One of the oldest lines of love:
"God forgives him who has estranged
Me from you for the whole year.
I am already sick of love,
My very gentle Valentine."
This was composed by Charles for his beloved wife.

Poetry has been a divine art that evokes and builds connections. It's a sugar-coated form from the heart that truly shows how one feels about something and somebody.
My little composed lines 🥰
"Sweet singing lovely hearts
Dancing for the love so felt
Thanks for the roses, chocolates, and cakes,
Sitting on the table, hearts and pans.
Thanks for the tender hands of care.
Seen by all who care and not."
This art is learnt to help express one's feelings, impart moral lessons, improve critical thinking ability, enhance creativity and help to appreciate people's culture.
Art is love: Poetry is Art.

This is the mysterious Blue River: the Azumini River in Abia State, Nigeria.

The river takes it's course from the Aba River ( popularly called waterside)

As the name implies, the blueness and freshness of the river makes it a unique spot for tourism attraction.

How to memorise your lines with these top-notch researched tips — Actors, Speakers, and Debaters.

1) Write out your lines as you say them. This helps better storage of the data.

2) Take note of the emotions involved in each word. For example, why was each word said and how best can it be delivered?

3) Say your lines wherever you go in every free time; when you are certain you need to continue. For example, on the bus, in the supermarket, as you walk on the road, as you sit on the toilet seat.

4) Memorize your lines on an empty belly. Health researchers say it helps retention.

5) Present your lines as they will be on the stage, record, and listen before bedtime because, at that time, the brain is more programmable before you fall asleep.

And,

6) Keep practising and learning to become a pro. 🤝

A visit to a museum?😘
Below is the apartheid museum
Apartheid Museum has been regarded as one of the most informative museums in South African history. The institution's 21 exhibition halls document the rise and fall of apartheid within the country through film footage, photographs, and artifacts.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by seven columns detailing the Pillars of the Constitution in the main courtyard. The most striking exhibit details the life and wisdom of Nelson Mandela, the famous revolutionary who served as South Africa's first president after the end of segregation.

The mystery of flowers

Decorating your homes to give uniqueness and fragrance, fills your home with freshness and beauty with flowers.

Flowers you put within and without your home signify a lot.

1) The Rose Flower:
This is for lovers who wishes to express their love. The oldest living rose is 1000 years old.

2)The Sun Flower:
This signifies dedicated love and can also be used as an ornamental flower in the garden. This multi purpose plant has yellow petals and fuzzy brown centers are actually individual flowers themselves. As many as 2,000 can make up the sunflower bloom.

3) The Tulip:
Tulip flower signifies perfect love. The purple tulip signifies royalty.
There are over 3,500 varieties of tulips .

4)The Yarrow:
Yarrow signifies love, healing and inspiration. Yarrow is also known as carpenter's w**d because carpenters often use it to stop the bleeding from the wounds and cuts that are inevitable part of their work.

The Stock:
Stock Flower signifies love and lasting beauty. Actually a member of the cabbage family, stock has edible flowers and green seed pods which share the family’s snappy, radishy flavor and make a tasty addition to salads and garnishes.

Dance Revolution

When last did you tap those feet and move that body rhythmically?

In the ancient times, dance was a central component of cultural, civic, religious and social life.

The earliest historical records showing the origins of dance are cave paintings in India dating to about 8000BCE. We also have the history of Chinese dance, South-African dance, African dance, American dance, etc.

Dance moved into grand types with several international recognitions. We have the different dances such as: Contemporary dance, Swing, Hip hop, Tap, Jive, Samba, Breakdancing, Boogaloo, etc.

History have told us the relevance of dance as they include:
1) Dance provides a lot of entertainment
2) Dance burns calories
3) Dance strengthens muscles
4) Helps bodies and minds to relax
5) A sense if community is found within dance
6) It allows people express how they feel at a particular time
7) Dance compliments people with different needs and backgrounds.

When last did you tap those feet and move that body rhythmically? Go and have fun😉

Fashion Tips You Shouldn't Ignore.

1)Take into consideration— if what you are wearing is offering you the protection you need rather than beauty.
2) Don't ignore the environment you are dressing in. Is the fashion acceptable over there? Make a little research to find out about the people's culture.
3) Know what is trending. Outdated and unattractive dresses can raise the wrong eyebrows.
4) Wear what fits you.
5) Never be underdressed. You might limit your level of connection or respect because of the way you are dressed.
6) Don't place so much importance on many designs at the same time on one dress.

Vexation
Admist the bliss of sweet song and smile
The winning heart dancing all around
There was the lively child speaking to her mate
"Oh,"said the whispering voices of hate
There lies some dark past that needs to been revealed at sunset
There lives a soul that needs to withdraw to isolation"
There is a girl who wants to jump for joy and make aware
All fate has given to her, but there stood those same
whispering voices who want it all swallowed and covered.
Terrible!
Terrible!
Formidable! Acts of reckless men filled with vexation.

: [quoting Marianne Williamson] Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Folk Arts
Folk art in the 19thC was undermined by the Industrial Revolution. In the 20thC it was embraced. In the 21thC, with computers, the internet and globalization, it is a dying activity, and now survives only in the isolated areas whose inhabitants have a proud tradition of handicraft and making things for themselves. We should learn to embrace these works of arts, because it attaches us to our roots, they express our cultural identity and convey shared community values. Folk arts encompasses indigenous culture or other labouring trades person.
Folk arts have two forms which are: Tangible folk arts (objects which historically are crafted and used within a traditional community) Intangible folk arts (music, dance, and narrative structures).
