A number of market women lost my patronage and customer loyalty this period because they have refused to adapt to the new system of things

There’s this woman we’ve always patronized over the years in our local market. We’ve even had some of the other persons around her made us enemies because we would rather buy from her than go anywhere else

But since this whole money scarcity issue started, she still insists on collecting cash

While her reasons are not entirely out of point, we couldn’t just help but divert to her neighbor who sells everything she sells and more, and who have now found a way to resolve the issues surrounding why she will not take transfers!

When all this is over..if it ever really does, especially as people are getting more used to the cashless policy thingy, I’m certain I may not be the only customer whom she would have lost!

Every business person must learn to adapt to the changes brought about by the society in which they operate, whether they’re favorable or not!
