I truly celebrate Gods servant Prophet Emmanuel…I was always born with uneven legs and had a accident that made it shorter but a simple prayer from him Gods servant made my right leg grow 2.6 inches even to left leg.

Was amazed that God does such wonderful miracles even for his own servants.

Jesus is truly glorified in this!!

If you want to die spiritually or even physically only listen to your pastor or only listen to men within your spiritual tribe/lineage.

If your only listen to messages from men from your spiritual tribe or denomination/church you have automatically bankrupt yourself of the full gospel and the fullness of God and programmed yourself to spiritual imbalance.

There was a reason why there was 12 tribes of Israel and not one tribe. Every man, every church and every tribe and even every denomination can only reveal a dimension of God so you need other men and tribes to reveal what yours can't.

It is religious bais and even spiritual pride to say you refuse to listen to certain men of God because they don't hail from your denomination or spiritual tribe.

As much as many corrections being made by young ministers are usually correct respectfully speaking they don't usually make the intended impact because the correction was made to belittle or judge a movement, a Minister or a ministry not to edify, build or align the body of Christ.

Any correction to the body of Christ not done out of the basis of genuine love for the body of Christ and the perfecting of the saints becomes legitimate ground for hatred, controversy, grater error, apostasy and division to manifest.

For many young ministers they attempt to correct people and ministries for one of 4 reasons:

1) Results They Can't Produce

2) Movements They Are Not The Face Of

3) Ministers And Ministries They Believe They Are Grater Than

4) It's a dealing or dimension of God not capture in their personal dealing with God or what God gave them for their ministry

And all these are not genuine basis for trying to correct a minister or minstry. These reasons also doesn't have foundation out of love and it shows in how they communicate it because if correction is truly administered from the heart of love for the body as much as it may be true it wouldn't be harsh and hurtful in it's delivering ( or picking and hammering one minister and ministry by name.)

Correction As Much As It's Needed And Important Has Become To Many A Demonic System Of Self Sabotaging The Body.

If correction should be given it should be by the leading of spirit not fueled by anger, jealousy or envy. Secondly all correction should be done from a heart that loves that body and has desire to see the body grow not to downplay and belittle other ministers and ministries.

By the grace of God I've traveled to and ministered at close to 100 external meetings across Nigeria and usa last 3 years. As much as it's a grace to travel there's also a level of decorum, professionalism and excellence to sustain this grace.

I seen many ministers have a open season of ministrations and no one ever looks for them again because they lacked ministerial ethics. I can't share everything as time would fail me but let me share a few keys to sustain the grace that makes men and ministries to look for you.

1. Be simple in your diet. I've traveled places and whether they have a large budget or small budget I eat lite and simple or if it's something more expensive I will get it myself. You travelled to be a spiritual blessing not a financial burden.

2. Be relational. Yes people will come to see you, talk with you and snap with you but the key is maintaining your interpersonal skills. Be open, be relatable and be ready to share stores to help them maximize their kingdom experience.

3. Stick to the subject. If they have you scheduled to teach do go doing deliverance and prophecy the whole time they have given you. If they set a standard follow and obey that standard.

4. Stick to time. If you have 1hr don't go over even by a minute. It's proof of honor, discipline and respect for God and the meeting host. Yes you can move or led to say many things but the spirit of a prophet should be subject to the prophet.

5. Show honor. When you start your teaching honor those who honor is due especially the meeting host..even if possible have them stand with you and commend them before the congregation.

6. Be mature. Treat a youth fellowship as you would a national conference. This is where many ministers mess up they will insult, talk down and treat the host and leaders bad because they are older or more seasoned in ministry then those In the youth ministry or fellowship.

Most meetings I go to are youth fellowships or campus fellows and they will make mistakes but bare with them as they are trying according to the level of grace and finance available. If you can especially for youth fellowships your invited to that's close take care of your own transportation youth fellowships would appreciate this personally I'd say for 50% of the youth fellowships I went to I paid my own transportation just to ease burden on them.

That's some wisdom and instructions for now!!

One of the true test of genuine power and rather hardest test of genuine power isn't how many people fall down in a meeting but how well you can minister the healing and delivering power of Jesus off stage and away from the altar.

See the anointing is easy to command in service because God visits his people when they gather and a atmosphere of faith and hunger can make anything happen through a minister with even the smallest anointing.

It's another thing to command results in real life situations and problems. This realm many ministers have been found wanting and lacking.

Trust God to command results in real life situations. What do you when someone hears your a pastor and they carry their I'll child to your doorstep..there's no strings, no cameras, no music and no intense atmosphere of faith but in such atmosphere can you still reveal Jesus?

Let's strive for mastery and resuits both in church and outside of church setting!!

If you have power as a man of God and has a pastor but your memebers can't command results something is wrong.

As pastors we are responsible to teach our memebers how to produce results lest they idolize us as pastors or they will be coming to church yet they will be going to herbalist and shrines.

Paul didn't say his results was the seal of his apostleship but you my little ones are proof of my apostleship. Meaning the measure of the effectiveness of your ministry isn't the attendance or height of influence on social media but how will you could reproduce kingdom mysteries and results in the lives of believers submitted to your teachings and trainings.
