If you are not planning to vote in Nigeria's next general elections, then you will be contributing to electing unwanted leaders.

I am as guilty as you are if you have been an interested by-stander all this while. The last time I voted in any electoral process in Nigeria was in 1989 during Babangida's protracted transition to civil rule which he kept manipulating until he got himself boxed into a corner.

I have now changed my mind, I am fully primed to vote in the next general election. God needs our constructive involvement to bring a positive change into our polity. Enough of being passive onlookers who are complaining or praying at a corner.

Let's all get involved and bring the positive change we have so much desired. Let's join hands to ensure the potentials for greatness in Nigeria become manifested greatness.

Let's pray as if we will not vote and let's go out there to vote as if we will not pray. Remember, politicians can only rig where they have the majority support.

If most of us abstain from doing the right thing, the few of them will translate into a minor majority and still have the upper hand.

If a change of leadership will be through the ballot, then it is not up to God only, it is up to us plus God.

Nigeria shall rise again.
