Covenant University Wins N75m JAMB Compliance Prize

One of the private universities in Nigeria, Covenant University, has emerged as the most compliant institution in keeping the policy guidelines of the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board.

The award was presented at the 2020/2021 JAMB National Tertiary Admissions’ Performance-Merit Award held on Thursday in Abuja.

The university was awarded a cash prize of N75 million and a certificate of award as the best in compliance in keeping to the admission guidelines.

The award was presented by the registrar of JAMB, Prof Ishaq Oloyede.

People believes in being loyal to a friend or to one another, but almost everyone these days abuse that form of loyalty.

Sometimes I do ask myself why do people need trust and someone to be trusted? Later I finds out that, they want loyalty but themselves are not loyal. Such are ones who used someone's idea to create a business which they still haven't understand and still believes they've gain something while they gain nothing but a tragedy.

Many businesses folded up because of lactic of trust simply because the managements too are not to be trusted. How would you used someone's brain to start a business when you know fully well that such person is not part of your team initially?

And at the same time expecting that person to be submissive and still be acting with you on the ground that he's part of you?
You don't expect such a high profile intelligent personnel feel abused because no matter what, you will definitely pay for it all the time.

If you are loyal, you won't expect free jobs, free service, free attention. Don't just fool yourself, loyalty is wealth, loyalty is price, loyalty is not sincerity and don't confused the two to be one. One can be sincere and not being loyal, you can be loyal and not being sincere.

Truthfulness, Sincerity, Loyalty. All these three sounds to be the same but are different in character and attributes. Many says the truth but can not defend that truth, and that's to be sincere, while standing for that truth is loyalty.

If you must be respected or gain solid respect, you have to be loyal, meaning you have to stand by your words, and defends it. This will make you to be respected even if you you have no dime. You're never a poor man if you're loyal, you're never a poor man if you defend your words, you're never a poor man if you stand on your word.

Your WORD is your WORTH!

And that's what it take to be loyal and not a lawyer!

Grace is so important to the extent when mercy said no, but when Grace speaks all protocols are broken, all committees are put to hold and all strategies becomes irrelevant irrespective of who orders it.

Strength can be seen as human ability to do things with or without forceful efforts.

The white men have used the technological ideas to make life more easy and comfortable with the use of machines while using less human strength and efforts according the physics. This makes the use of more intellectual abilities to keeps growing and improving day by day which is now running to artificial intelligence.

Scientifically, the belief system of today had made a lots of people to think less of themselves believing that everything will be done by the robots but forgetting that there's always an error in human ability to proffer solutions to its situations.

This today gives us the knowledge of trying to keep things in haste and more faster because the saying now is "no time to check time" stories that now full ground. We all have failed in our various roles based on the fact that we tends to use strength to achieve all these while today we are based on using what the artificial intelligence world has in stocks for us.

The role of artificial intelligence is to make our daily lives better but it had effect on the lives of many of us today to the extent some of us can't even do ordinary calculations without the use of calculator. Well this wasn't so back then but unlike today when our students can't sits for an examination without the use of calculator which wasn't so back in the 80's to the late 90's.

Ability to make the difference is what I'm talking about here, I'm not here to mock the system but to show us that there are lot of ways we can make things more different.

Going by these things, we need to rely more solely on our ability to give out the best from our inner sense not relying on our strength.
