It may be your knee-jerk reaction to go and blame the client, however the problem is rarely this simple. I spent over 10 years in the sales industry and I can say without a shadow of a doubt the sale's never the clients fault. It's the presenter.

If you're not closing deals you don't have a client problem, you have a process problem and it's crucial that you get together a solid blue-print to abide by.

Marketing Evolves........ Who else noticed that MOST big brands are gradually moving from regular posting of pictures and graphics to full blown video content creation? From Ecommerce Marketplaces to Fintechs and Big Corps. Recently, I get caught up watching videos from @pamtechgroup. For a company that does what they do, it is really commendable seeing them go the extra mile to "appeal" to thier potential customers emotions. This reminds me of when my Boss taught us about the "Red and Blue Ocean" idea of sales and marketing approach.
