2. Follow up: give them the e-book but continue to send them relevant content /value to them on whatsapp for the next few days... It can be done for the next 4days or more and never ask for sale for the period

But let me tell you something, the sales you are looking for is in the customer you are neglecting

You always complain about how difficult it is to make sales but you keep neglecting that old customer

The truth is we are all quilty of this at first even I but the missing piece in right here and that is retention

1. Educate customers
Usually when people are searching for something online, they want to learn something.

This means that by posting educational content to the Web or your page or profile......

you can help them achieve their goal and then provide them with a product that's related to the information they were after.

in that way thay will always have you on their mind if you keep providing values to them

2. Stay in touch and encourage their interaction. Alert your customers to promotions, rewards programs, product updates and any other content you think they’ll find interesting and relevant.

Ask people to share their stories or hold contests to encourage engagement. Stay a step ahead by anticipating future challenges they may have and suggesting new

3. Constant follow up : constantly follow up with your customers will also help you retain them... Remember don't pitch too often

Say hi to them, give out value to them, solve their problems with your content

Answer their objections etc

Retention has no end and should always continue as long as your business exist..
