The Department of Theatre Arts, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University formerly Anambra State University, on Tuesday inducted 100 and 200-level students into the department.
The university made this known on its page.

Sharing photos from the induction ceremony on Tuesday, the university wrote, "Congratulations to the 100-level and 200-level students of the Department of Theatre Arts of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Anambra State on their Initiation and Induction into the Department. The Department of Theatre Arts in the university community is known for offering academic programmes and practical training in various aspects of culture and theatre. The Department is seen as a family and today, they had their anticipated initiation. Once again, Congratulations to the Inductees!!"

Ibadan-based Vendor Found Dead In Ibadan Hotel

A popular Instagram cloth vendor identified as Adeshina Olayinka popularly known as Khadi was found dead at a popular hotel in the Akobo area of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Olayinka is known for her designer clothes and bag business on social media.

According to Oyo affairs, she informed her friend of a meeting with an individual at Wetland Hotel in Akobo on the night of Wednesday 5th of April.

The man she was with, however, checked out early on Thursday morning which was followed by a phone call to Khadi’s room and she confirmed her safety to the receptionist.

Unfortunately, Khadi was found dead hours later when the receptionist reached out to inform her of her already overstaying.

CBN Lists Money Bouquet As Naira Abuse

The Central Bank of Nigeria has listed money bouquet as a form of Naira abuse.

This was made known in a flier shared via CBN’s Twitter handle on Friday with the caption,

“ It is your civic duty to protect the Naira. Report Naira abuse today.”

Other forms of Naira abuse listed by the CBN includes; spraying, selling, squeezing, and defacing.

Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham, has blowed hot over a fake obituary video of her that was shared on social media because of her choice of candidate in the upcoming election.

She shared the screenshot of the obituary post that was posted on YouTube via her Instagram account on Friday.

The headline of the video read, “R.I.P Actress Toyin Abraham dèath news clash over naira notes and 2023 elections.”
The actress, who has declared her support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Tinubu, said that it is no longer democratic if decision cannot be made freely.

She wrote, “ It is no more

Hi, I don’t know if I am overthinking. Today makes it 5months since I got married, my problem is my Wife travels with her Boss for work. This has been happening since we were dating but I had no problem with it until she cancelled our honeymoon to travel with him.

American Actor, Stallone's Wife, Files For Divorce After 25 Years

Jennifer Flavin, the wife of American actor, Sylvester Stallone, has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage.

Daily Mail reports that Flavin filed for divorce on Friday in Palm Beach County, Florida, and is claiming that Stallone has hidden their marital assets.

In the divorce documents, Flavin says Stallone 'has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.

“Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings.”

This is Stallone's third marriage. They married on May 17, 1997 at the Dorchester Hotel in London and share three children.
