is Haram in Kano. But they don't interfere when Southerners engage in that practice where nudity and open in*******se, as well as indecent fights are celebrated and beamed to millions of impressionable youths. So, if the government and people of Kano decide to help single women find husbands to increase societal happiness and reduce the temptation for immorality, we Southerners should live and let live.

Speaking for myself, I think mass weddings of willing people are better than what we engage in in the name of Big Brother. But that is my opinion, and it should not matter. As long as that is what the people of Kano want and have practised, whether the Government in power is PDP, APC, or NNPP, then we non Kanawa should accept it and drink water if we can't stomach it.

If we Southerners are concerned with propriety, immorality, and decency, we should tackle what happens at night in Unilag and at almost all universities in Southern Nigeria.

Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the last election, has revealed certain facts he discovered from the academic records of Tinubu released to him by Chicago State University.

The former president stated through his lawyer, Kalu Kalu, in a press conference on Thursday, that there are salient facts that were discovered in the documents presented to him from CSU.

Kalu Kalu, responding to a question from the journalist on whether the certificate will be admissible in the Supreme Court, stated affirmatively that Abubakar intends to use the documents in the petition in court.

He further listed five main discoveries from the documents that will be relevant to Atiku’s case in court.

He said,
1. Bola A. Tinubu forged the certificate he presented to INEC.

2. The qualifying certificate from Southwest College bears a female indicating it does not belong to Bola A. Tinubu who is a male.

3. The CSU admission application form claims that Bola A. Tinubu attended Government College Lagos and graduated in 1970 when the school was established in 1974.

4. The owner of the CSU Document is a Black American and Bola A. Tinubu denied having dual citizenship in his INEC form which means the documents do not belong to him or he perjured in his INEC Form.

5. He claimed A in his name in the Chicago documents is Ahmed but the NYSC documents he submitted to INEC have Adekunle.”

KATSINA STATE POLICE COMMAND NEUTRALIZED A SUSPECTED NOTORIOUS TERRORIST-BANDIT AND RECOVERED SIXTY (60) SUSPECTED RUSTLED SHEEP AND ONE AK 47 RIFLE WITH ONE HUNDRED AND TEN (11O) ROUNDS OF 7.62 MM LIVE AMMUNITION.

1. On the 15th of August, 2023, at about 0009 hrs, the command received a distress call that bandits in their numbers, armed with dangerous weapons such as AK 47 rifles and shooting sporadically, invaded Korogo village via Daddara, Jibia LGA, and rustled sixty (60) sheep.

2. Upon receipt of the report, unhesitatingly, the DPO Jibia mobilized a team of Police operatives to the scene and engaged the bandits in a fierce gun duel, as a result of which they were forced to abandon their heinous mission and scamper into the nearby bush.

3. While combing the scene, the body of one (1) neutralized suspected bandit, sixty (60) rustled sheep, as well as one AK 47 rifle with one hundred and ten (110) rounds of 7.62mm live ammunition, were recovered. The investigation is ongoing.
