The hon commissioner of water resources adamawa state, hon hassan kaigamma, heartily felicitates with the entere peaple of adamawa state, especially the Muslim Umma on the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-fitr
As we observe this joyous occasion, let us imbibe the lessons of sacrifice, perseverance, love, tolerance, steadfastness, generosity and obedience to constituted authority which are the hallmarks of this solemn festival as exemplified by the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon Him).
On this occasion, I enjoin all members of our ministry to solemnly reflect on the ideals which the founders of our great ministry espoused and how we can each contribute towards their attainment. We should all work together to make our ministry greater.
I wish you Barka da Sallah and pray that the glorious blessings of the season will fill your lives with abiding grace and favour, Ameen!
