A 3rd recent occurrence that made me say chai! This happened to someone that I know.

Beware of fraudsters, they have upgraded.

A similar story like the previous one.

This one is on .

He advertised phones &it's accessories.
Then, he got a buyer. He talked with the buyer to go to a phone shop&give the seller the phone for them to speak. The buyer did & the fake vendor talked with the phone seller.

The fake vendor then asked the buyer to send him the money for the phone, that he has settled with the phone seller to give him the phone after payment.

This was a Samsung phone that was worth about N250,000 plus.

The buyer left & made the payment, returned to the phone seller shop to pick the phone with the evidence of the payment, the phone seller told him that he didn't know the person he gave him phone to speak with. That the person only said he directed him the buyer to patronise him.

This resulted in a police case & the phone seller was asked to pay back the money to the buyer, while he search for the guy who received the money.

Their reason was that the guy who received the payment used the phone shop name & advertised the phones, & that the buyer still witnessed that the two talked, even though he didn't hear their discussion.

Till date, the fraudster has not been seen.
How can you even track such a face less fraudster? He didn't use his phone to call. So?

Anyway, learn from this story.

Beware of giving someone your phone to talk to someone. You are entitled to know what anyone is conversing with your phone. So, let the call be on speak out. It is your phone.

Now my question, have you experienced or witnessed anything similar to this?

Another recent occurrence that made me say chai!

Beware of fraud. This is the new pattern.

A summary of a fraud victim narration:

"I got a call from a man, who I didn't know. But as he called, he sounded familiar, so we started talking. Shortly after, he asked me if there was any POS where I was, I said yes, he then asked me to give the POS operator the phone for a message, I did&they talked.

I didn't know what they talked, all my mind was that maybe, he needed a transaction. Because I noticed the lady was operating her POS after the call. Then I tried to leave, the POS operator asked me for the N100,000.

I asked the POS operator which N100,000, she said that the person I gave her phone to speak with said she should transfer N100,000 to him&that I will give her the N100,000&the charge."

The POS operator started shouting & people gathered, they started beating this girl, thinking that she was an accomplice, but no, she wasn't. She was only used.

You see ehn, in this life, you need to be smart. Reason things before you do.

Evidence actually confirmed that the girl is innocent, but then, I blame her for not asking questions or cutting the call, if the caller refused identifying himself.

An innocent girl was beaten to a point of that, just for a mistake.

Hmmm, this story really made me say chai!
These fraudsters have upgraded. Every day, new method.

This is my second time of hearing a similar story.

Let me narrate the second story in another post, so as not to make this one long.

A Recent occurrence that made me say chai!

A girl committed su***de, because her sugar daddy left her to return to his wife.

In response to her action, some people were of the opinion that she probably used a means on the married man&blc the means expired, the su***de was the after effect on her.

In my bewilderment, I ask, what if it wasn't any after effect of anything? I ask again, if it wasn't after effect of anything, can it then be love? Can a sane girl kill herself blc of another person's husband?

Who even knew her before her coming in contact with Mr Ibu? She used Mr Ibu to climb&then, this is the payback Mr IBU gets from her in her worst state?

I remember when Mr Ibu's wife, Stella was complaining, some people were even supporting Jasmine&said everything were rumors.

Even when the matter worsened, Jasmine debunked the news of sleeping with Mr IBU, stealing from him, planning to relocate abroad or even marrying Mr Ibu's son.

Now police have the evidences to the accusations, can she still deny it?

I want to be a solution. I have unexplainable joy when I am able to render any assistance and solve someone's need. The joy that comes from it, is just unexplainable!

I don't know if this is you too, if you are, then keep the good work. Even if people don't appreciate you when you help, still help, anyway! The rewarder of good works will appreciate you.

One of my favorite Bible quote is, Matt: 5:7, which is "The merciful shall obtain mercy".

You see this scripture, it has been working for me like magic! Sometimes, the help &assistance I get from strangers make me cry. Different occasions, I am always singled out from a crowd and helped. I have different stories to this. Maybe, some day, I will share.

I have also seen others who are kind, helped in extra ordinary ways, too.

So, don't relent in being kind and helping those you are in a position to help. Sometimes God finds other ways to help you too. Be kind.

But this Nwosu matter shock me o! As the brand ambassador of Marriage Connect Company Limited. I have come to realise that probably, husband is scarce! Though it could be to some people or let me use the word, most people.

Yes, I prefer saying most people, other than generalising it. This is because I didn't experience husband scarcity. In fact, it was from my Secondary school days that I started having suitors, they kept coming up to the time I was ready& I made a choice.
